Gotta limit those late night fast food trips though. I need to make it until my daughter is out of college. So I'm aiming for 70

I hear ya. I don’t really eat that crap anymore.

Try to eat light and less meat and lots of water and vegetables.

Also try to stay calm focussed and in control of mind.
And deep breathing exercises.
 
Do you guys stretch or work out a bit during the games? I try to remember to do a bit....to keep good habits that align with watching the CFL for my wellness. Drink a bit and stretch/squat or mess around with an elastic.

Yeah I use the foam roller a lot.

I workout with the bands.

After 40 years I trained for super mobility. Be super flexible.
It’s working. I feel light loose limber.

Stretching and mobility and Muscle pliability is what is needed.
 
When I was in bc.

I saw a lot of older guys who were working jobs like landscaping and other outside jobs.

One guy was a 59 year old speedster.

I swear he was just as fast as myself with a rocket arm.

He does so much physical work that even age can’t sliw him down.

I believe it’s mental. The body will go where the mind tells it to go.
 
Wife vetoed the spin bike, but I'm blessed to have her in my ear about my wellness.

I’ve really stepped up the training bro.

I watched some videos with elite military style workouts. I was inspired. I have done their workouts for 8 months.

I can do all the moves the elite guys can do.

150 push-ups
5 minutes row
50 sit ups
Dynamic kettle bells

Just going like a lunatic these days.
