Missed out on this one at +140 this morning and somehow talked myself off Graveman +102 last night, ugh.

Adding for tomorrow:

Taking some now in the event of an early move, will hold out and hope for a better price from a square book for the other half.

Linde,
Have you found in past experience if it is better to wait closer to game time, maybe 1 hour before to hedge. It seems to me most of the time the line keeps going one way and then you may see a reverse closer to start time.

It varies from game to game. I'd say in most cases you get a better number by waiting, but if you have one that has already moved 30+ cents like HOU had this morning, there's a chance it's hit its peak and sharp guys will pop the other side. That's why I was quick to jump the gun when I saw +118 this morning (the buy back actually ended up coming when it hit +130).

Tuesday 5/31 Recap:

926 ARI +130 -$800

Almost always regret playing these big dogs against a solid pitcher at home, but deGrom has been shit and this number is crazy, so I can't help myself:

975 CHW +180 (Gonzalez/deGrom) - $500 / $900

Another tiny one:

964 OAK -116 (Dean/Manaea) - $348 / $300
964 OAK -118 (Dean/Manaea) - $236 / $200

Props to anyone who doesn't lose their mind working at these places where the MLB side limits are $300 overnight and $500 day of.

Jeez, unfortunate situation on the Phils. Heard Harper was out and wasn't near a screen, just grabbed the first number I could, and it happens to be the worst number out there...

Wednesday 6/1 Recap:

953 WSH -200 +$1000
954 PHI +220 -$500
954 PHI +190 -$490

964 OAK -116 +$300
964 OAK -118 +$500
964 OAK -118 +$200
963 MIN +150 -$500
963 MIN +149 -$360

975 CHW +180 +$900
976 NYM -163 -$864

Total: +$186
YTD: +$858

Thursday 6/2:

918 HOU -130 - $1300 / $1000

My numbers have this one right around here, but based on the closing prices we've seen the first three games of this series, this is way short...

You bet on Philadelphia playing Washington with Morgan starting on a Wednesday..
Very interesting. Oh, I see a attempt at a middle. My approach was minus 2.5

Yeah I was pretty nervous about going against Morgan on a Wednesday but it ended up working out. Lucky I guess
