Yeah I see that and was truly surprised to see how heavily favored many were. Although I hate betting against Minn at home -170 is far too bold for me. Dubnyk has just been okay, and is still banged up.

Those +150+200 or so shootout losses get old quick. Love this sport though, in other sports I am .500 and down, this sport I am 46% and positive. My Wild are usually beasts at home, but they just are struggling right now. Definitely a spot play, the pressure goes up and I don't think they can match it. This team may be better away from home right now, and if they are down after any period I expect some boo birds out. This team may need the All star break more than any other team, and it has nothing to do with injuries either.

The All star 3 v 3 grew on me as it went on. It was nice to see the effort in the game for a million dollars and more bragging rights. I am not completely sure if I genuinely enjoyed it, or went 2-1 on totals was why I enjoyed it. (totals not posted, not included in record)

One of the most skilled players to every play deserved a better send off tonight then he got. My bet also deserved a better fate as well, as Detroit deserved to win the game. However, their Achilles heel all year lets them down......Goaltending is a must this time of year.

The -1 will off set those heart breaking empty netters that kill those unders. Goals are hard to come by in games like this, not only goals but power plays too. As a ref, trust me they don't want to put their arms up and decide the game unless absolutely necessary. 5-5 goals will be tough.
