Wind in Philly?

Watching one of the networks on location in Philly. Wind in stadium seemed noticeable. Checked out Weather.com. Here it is:

FWIW looks like steady 12 mph....not the highest, but with the O/U @ 55.5 and Romo thought it worth a note.

Lifted off its foundation a little while ago when the wind was really whistling, but stadium now appears stable.
