Simply put...40 mph here in WI and driving rain. We all know WI is going to be running the ball all day, no surprise, clock will be moving.
Badgers D is the strength of this team (and RB Allen obviously as well).
Maryland middle of the road pace, they won't have much success through the air. Badgers one of the slowest pace teams in college football.
Need more? I'm seeing 70% of tickets on the over and 68% of the money on the under.
