Well, this goes back some but us chiefs fans have long memories...anyone remember Todd Blackledge? I was too young to pay attention to all of the pre-draft factors at the time, but hindsight being what it is, we drafted a guy who is currently the varsity basketball coach at some ohio high school over Jim Kelly and Dan Marino.

Knowing the chiefs of that time, if Elway was still available they probably still would have drafted Blackledge.
