Nice week 7 at 23-19 overall and +21u on the week. Shoulda went as big as I originally wanted to on the Cowboys. Knew that ass beating was coming and Marshon Lettemscore would be a traffic cone yet again. Dude needs to go, would be a huge addition by subtraction. The yo-yo continues with the straight sides and can't seem to put back-to-back good weeks together there. So if the trend continues this should be a good sides week. lol. Hit another longshot though and hopefully we can find another one of those. Almost halfway through the season is crazy work already.

I've always said I'm not a team history kind of guy because for the most part this team didn't have much to do with teams from the past. So some food for thought here, the Redskins are 1-10 vs the Chiefs, 0-5 all time in KC, and haven't beaten them since '83. Last time these two played it was at home as the Washington Football Team in 2021. Mahomes threw for 397 2/2 in that one and the Chiefs put up 499 of offense. Taylor Heinicke was our QB and did have McLaurin to throw it to along with Dyami Brown, Ricky Seals-Jones, and JD McKissic out of the backfield. Yeah, I thought the same thing...who the f is Ricky Seals-Jones, well I guess now we have Chris Moore as his equivalent this year so who knows. Just rambling but point being I don't think this match up is all that different from that one really. JD is out, not sure about their receivers but it won't matter either way.

True KC doesn't really have a reason to blow the doors off Washington here but they won't have to try too hard to do that. They'll be able to get what they want and there's not a snowballs chance in hell they lose SU. Pissed I missed the -5.5 lookahead and then the -10.5 so now trying to figure out how to play KC this weekend. Teasers/ML par will be popular but for good reason. Mahomes props, KC player TD or two, maybe rec yds too should be good. Should be lots of options here so hoping to find a couple winners.

We need to shut JD5 down for the year. This season is lost already and won't get any better. Defense is old and the band aids seem to have been ripped off at this point, need to get rid of Lettemscore (man this guy sucks donkey ass), need to get younger, drop back 10 and punt at this point. No sense in putting your franchise QB at risk really but I know they won't do that. I'd love if they learned from the RGIII situation and looked to the future but there's a lot of money and jobs on the line so at the very least maybe they'll let him sit several weeks and get totally right before he comes back. Thing is I'm not sure I see very many Ws on their schedule the rest of the year. 3 maybe at most and that's being generous. They could always pull out an additional miracle but their ceiling is 7 or 8 wins this year. I hate that my skepticism was right about them this year, was really hoping I was just being a pessimist. Last year was magical and a lot of fun after 30 yrs of torture. Back to reality though. Turns out.....

Ricky Seals Jones was actually a huge 5 star recruit at WR years ago(you might’ve known this but I remember his recruitment well, went to TAMU).

I’m with you on shutting down JD5, sad to say

I was hoping he'd pop in Washington but no such luck. Probably doesn't help having a QB that's my size throwing it to you either though. Heinicke was a cool story but was never the answer. That was Ricky's last year in the league so didn't do a whole lot unfortunately.

We finally have what could be the guy in JD and I'm having flashbacks to the RGIII days unfortunately. Man I really hope they're careful with him and don't rush him back because the season is over. We're not doing anything this year with or without him.
