Let's not pretend that UTs D is good because they held LSU down.If Bryce does not play I can't see how Bama scores enough points.
Has any team had a harder run than Arkansas? (And now they have to "get up" for a trip to Provo?)
LSU is terrible but ML and please be +10My PR lines:
Ole Miss -21.5
Alabama -10 (assuming Bryce plays)
UGA -39
Florida -9
Kentucky -2.5 (assuming Levis plays)
Circa got the game correct UF/LSUCirca opened:
Ole (-14)
Bama (-8)
UGA (-37)
UF (-3) Hammertime (I'll be there, baby.)
UK (+3)
Arkansas (+2) @BYU
Kent St has had a pretty brutal scheduleHas any team had a harder run than Arkansas? (And now they have to "get up" for a trip to Provo?)
I think you're right. I don't know that Milroe can keep our offense on the field consistently enough. Even though our defense matches up well against that offense, they will wear down if we go 3 and out a bunch. That said, Tennessee's defense let Anthony Richardson and UF put up 600 yards of offense, so there's still hope. But I fully expect Bryce to play. He could've played last night if Saban had let himIf Bryce does not play I can't see how Bama scores enough points.
I got LSU -1 neutral, @UF -1.Circa got the game correct UF/LSU
This one should be nasty nasty. Expect personal fouls. This game you probably want ejections…Billy’s GOTY. Real SEC roadie here BK…wonder how the locker room is?
That would make me happyI think Bama vs. UT will look a lot like Bama vs. Ole Miss last year.
Don't forget that Geaux Tigers was (in my mind) Napier's first choice, if given the chance...Circa got the game correct UF/LSU

I would guess this ticket will be by far the toughest, most-expensive ticket in college football this season, even with that huge seating capacity. I think you'll be celebrating a victory with 100,000 of your closest friends.I’ll be there. Bought tickets back in May. Could sell them for a ton but I’d rather be there for this one.

Those ten home dogs also included two teams that had lost 7 straight to their opponents: OU in 2000 (featuring none other than Josh Heupel at QB), which had lost 7 straight to Nebraska (including 69-7 and 73-21 in the two most-recent games in 1997 and 1996), and Mizzou in 2010, which had lost 7 straight to OU (including a 62-21 loss in the most recent matchup in 2008).Here's some more history you'll like:
Vols were just 7-6 last year, but that bodes well for them. Since 1989, there have been 10 undefeated home dogs with 6 or or more wins in the current year (and fewer than 10 wins the previous year) facing an undefeated visitor. The home is dog 10-0 ATS.
And 10-0 straight up.
This record includes Auburn over Florida in 1993, Alabama over Auburn in 1994, and OU over Nebraska in 2000. The most recent game was Michigan State over Michigan last year.
I’ll be there. Bought tickets back in May. Could sell them for a ton but I’d rather be there for this one.
Victim's statement fwiw
Vols S Jaylen McCollough facing assault charges
Tennessee starting safety Jaylen McCollough is facing a felony aggravated assault charge.nationalpost.com
Typically I'd agree on the gender thing but knocking a dude down a flight of stairs could have been deadly, got lucky if it's true.
What's a 3rd Saturday in October w/out a felony charge looming?Tennessee starting safety and team captain arrested for felony assault. No way he plays, right?
I have a friend that has 15 seats and they are Prime sections, he had 6 listed for $600 during the LSU gm, he tried to log on and raise to $800 but they were goone....This is easily the most expensive regular season TN ticket possibly in history. Got my lower levels for under $200 a ticket. Lowest I’ve seen priced today is $500 for a lower level ticket. Hope you are right about seeing a victory.
rumor is the victim was wearing Alabama gearDepends on the gender of who he assaulted
There is a lot more to the story than the warrant states.Tennessee starting safety and team captain arrested for felony assault. No way he plays, right?
That’s one that should stay amongst others. If you are an Old Bama Fan, YOU know what this game means.
These 2 teams are the OG's of Southern Football, the SEC
I do not care what happens when this conference reshapes YOU DO NOT TOUCH THIS GAME.
This stays. It's the 3rd Saturday of October
This is great...I know non-conference schedules are always a hot topic. Alabama announced a home and home with Minnesota today. I know y'all will be sad the trip there isn't in November. Here is what Alabama has scheduled non-conference so far:
Alabama future home-and-home series:
2023: Texas (Sept. 9), at USF (Sept. 16)
2024: USF (Sept. 7), at Wisconsin (Sept. 14)
2025: at Florida State (Aug. 30), Wisconsin (Sept. 13)
2026: at West Virginia (Sept. 5), USF (Sept. 12), Florida State (Sept. 19)
2027: West Virginia (Sept. 4), at Ohio State (Sept. 18)
2028: Ohio State (Sept. 9), at Oklahoma State (Sept. 23)
2029: at Notre Dame (Sept. 1) Oklahoma State (Sept. 15)
2030: at Georgia Tech (Aug. 31), Notre Dame (Sept. 14)
2031: Georgia Tech (Aug. 30), at Boston College (Sept. 13)
2032: Arizona (Sept. 4), at Minnesota (Sept. 18)
2033: at Arizona (Sept. 3), Minnesota (Sept. 17)
2034: at Virginia Tech (Sept. 2), Boston College (Sept. 16)
2035: Virginia Tech (Sept. 1)
I think this scheduling is in anticipation of the 9 game conference schedule, but mostly a 12 team (or more) playoff. I think it may be harder, and more expensive, to buy out of a home and home, because you are losing that revenue, but yeah there's no way to predict what the landscape will look like in 10 years. But at least the games are on the books for nowThis is great...
Neutral games seem to be nil...
Now, how many of these actually get played? With everything changing I would think many of these will be up in the air. I say that thinking that 9 conference games is possible, right?
