Week 5 ended 12-16 -8.68u overall. Rams losing cost me a few units but the Chargers were the real gut punch. Had a bunch of plays tied to them and didn't really see them losing that game even with all the injuries they're dealing with on the OL. Just didn't see the Skins being able to take advantage of the Charger weaknesses honestly and when they went down 10-0 was feeling real good about the week. 27 unanswered on the road was fun to watch even though it meant I was dead wrong on my read. lol. That was a huge unit swing and might have to slightly adjust my view on the Skins. Maybe. Anyway, onto this week....

Need to find some of those ugly ones. I just picked the wrong ones last week. Wanted to Titans and Bucs all week last week and chickened out on the Titans and talked myself off the Bucs. Instead opted for the Raiders and Ravens, that worked out well. 😂

Hold your noses....

Steelers -5.5 -115 (3.45/3)
Hate laying that much with Mr Rodgers Neighborhood but bad spot here for Cleveland. How did they get so lucky to have to go on the road right after getting back from London? Tomlin has historically been pretty good off a bye winning 8 straight winning by 12 at home. I'll trust he can get it together here with the extra time against a rookie in a bad travel spot.

Saints +3.5 -116 (3.48/3)
NE off a big road win in Buffalo trying to win consecutive games for the first time in like 3 years. Maye has been good this year and Vrabel has them moving in the right direction. The Saints aren't as bad as you'd think. Rattler has been average and not turning it over which is what you need if you're gonna stay in games you're not supposed to be in. They've been kinda frisky at home and I'll pay to see if NE is for real and can win a game where they're favored on the road and supposed to win.

Rams -7 -110 (3.3/3)
Everyone knows how bad the Ravens defense is and I can't help but think the Rams side has been thinking about how they gave that game away last week. There's no reason to lose to the 9ers and had their chances. Terrible play call by McVay on that 4th down, what the hell was that? Well Stafford should have his chances again and I don't think he misses this time. If Cooper Rush can keep this within 7 then so be it. You would think Ravens just trying to get to the bye week to catch their breath a bit.

Seahawks pk -110 (3.3/3)
Can the Jags get up again after beating the Chiefs? Could be a flat spot here for Jacksonville. Concerned a little about the Seahawks injuries to the defense but I still think Seattle is the better team. Can the Jags keep causing turnovers? Maybe, but I think they come down a little from beating the Chiefs in a big prime time game and Seattle comes across the country and handles business.

Bucs -3 -121 (3.63/3)
I'll pay to see Mac Jones do that again. If he can do it again this week I may have to change my stance. A CMC prop could be worth a look though.

Hold your nose again. Raiders were embarrassed last week and you would think a professional athelete has been chomping at the bit to get back out on the field and get that taste out of their mouth. The Titans are truly awful, got their win last week, and now play their 3rd straight on the road. I usually take the points with two shitty teams but I think Jeanty gets a heavy work load this week, he's been better the last couple of weeks and the Titans give up 146 on the ground per game. Neither defense is great so I'm betting Carroll keeps the ball out of Geno's hand and lets the rook eat.

Mahomes has to find a way to get this one done. Get these next 3 at home, this being the biggest of the 3, before playing Bills/Broncos/Colts. Can't afford another L and they're finding their sealegs a little the last couple of weeks. Mahomes spreading it around and should be able to take advantage of the injuries on the other side. At first glance it was one of those feelings that I always lose looking at taking the Lions so I'm going the other way. lol Points a plenty in this one too

Doubs prop misses by a yard 😣
Jeanty prop had the carries but couldn’t muster the yards
Egbuka on the sidelines most of the night

Sounds like props are on point so why not more 😂

I don't get the line and probably walking into a trap. Sure feels like anyways and probably as square as it gets but I'm not sure I see the number here. Bears getting healthy and an extra week to prepare. Washington without Terry & Brown and I gotta think Chicago has had this one circled for a year now. Redskins have topped the team total once this year and that was against the Raiders. What gives? I'm just guessing as much as I can't see the Redskins scoring 4 TDs and winning by a TD that's exactly what's gonna happen. That's always how these feelings seem to go but I'll pay to see it. Odunze should have his way with whoever lines up across from him, and if it's Lattimore he may hit his props in the 1H. If Daniels is smart he'll limit the running for another week or two to protect that knee. He's only crossed his rushing prop once this year and wasn't close the other two games he played so another number that confuses me. I dunno maybe I'm just way off on this one, wouldn't be the first time and certainly won't be the last. lol I could see another close Washington win so I get the best of both worlds. #HTTR

One more time. Redskins playin like shit, not gonna get it done tonight.

GL Trey.

That Odunze spinning catch TD that was not allowed almost got the job done. He'll have another chance!

Not only that but coulda cashed the Odunze TD prop too. But of course not. Lol

I mean I hope I’m dead wrong and my Redskins find some life here but I’ve seen this movie before all too often

Turning into a fun one.

Maybe another last second finish?

lol. Thanks brotha. This was one of those times I didn’t wanna be right. But I knew what was coming, seen it too many times.

Just pissed I missed the +550 that was there for a short min 😂
Brother,

I know the feeling of hoping to not be right but at least profiting.
