I tend to like GT, but do think Duke has changed a good bit for the better. Brice was just such a liability last year for them at QB and all the turnovers overall, they've gotten more efficient and capable on O this year. I don't know if the Duke D is better or worse. The got to the point of being so bad last year it was actually hard to believe, then they lost some of their best players on D and have seemed to be better. Still couldn't stop Charlotte O when it mattered and Kansas put up a bunch of yards on them, just didn't get the points they should've. So essentially, Duke O better, Duke D bad.

This is a pretty serious Texas Triangle matchup. Tech blew out UNC two weeks ago, UNC blew out Duke last week, and now Tech faces Duke. It’s very hard for me to ignore how powerful this situation can be. Otherwise, I would be all over Tech.

No. Since I like them up to -7 I thought it be wise to wait and make sure we had one of the top 2 qbs playing! Lol. Much rather eat a few extra points than betting on a 3rd stringer!!

Although it might not matter, Boise didn’t make any adjustments to their defense against okie lite even after it was abundantly clear Cowboys had no interest in throwing a pass! Bose still continued giving them light boxes to run on! I have little doubt cougs can rush for 250+!!
 
I was surprised when I looked at stats right now. I was thinking I was gonna see multiple 50+ yard plays but only 1? Maybe Ford had a few? It only shows longest play of that players so did he have another long one that was just shorter than 75? I was planning on looking for a Ford rushing yards prop but the baseball didn’t work out to where I went back to casino to cash tickets? :(

I’m with you…glad you mentioned the qb situation early in the week. Cause byu -3 was one of my favorite early looks, then decided to wait on qb news. Will be interesting to see what happens to the line when it reopens

Yea. I woulda got down way too much had I not known! Lol. Maybe not just cause that line made me scratch my head! Lol.

Luckily It was a Friday night game so despite not having any more action after cashing cougs 1st half I still stuck around out of curiosity bout cougs 2nd half vs a team who has come back a lot. Sure enough Romney didn’t go back into game. If memory serves me right he took a pretty rough hit right before half! The second half line dropped right before kickoff so word must have gotten out.

Honestly I don’t even have a good memory of what they looked like with Hall? Lol. I kinda watched the 1st game of year vs zona and wasnt very impressive! Caught part of Utah game, he was ok, not memorable! Didn’t get a chance to see the asu game. I thought Romney looked really good in the last 2, playing trash comp compared to the games Hall played tho. Gotta assume if Hall startling over him he must be good!!

Hall is very mobile and runs well. More resembles Zach Wilson led unit. His problem is he never has been able to stay healthy.

I'm not sure of Wilson being injury prone. BYU has had to rely on backup QBs several years I'm pretty sure.
 
not sure how i missed this one cause it on my lean list but just looking at for the 1st time now.. how the hell does nde/vatech get over 47? i sure as hell cant find points in that game outside defensive and special teams plays!! irish cant run the damn ball at all and they just as bad in pass pro, hookies get after the qb! anyone remember what they did to unc crappy pass protection? same thing on other side, both teams gonna be facing 3rd and long all night and both qbs gonna be under duress! both defenses great on 3rd down, both offenses terrible in the red zone if they do actually drive the field, neither d gives up big plays so points gonna have to be thanks to good field position, long as both qbs continue protecting the ball which both pretty decent at i just dont see where the points come from? no damn way this should be higher than 44 imo, havnt seen this game getting talked about at all.. kinda think irish drop a second straight as playing here at night is no picnic but i feel way better with the under..

Ugh UTSA and Memphis are both pretty big plays for me today

Feels like only hard core gamblers remotely know how much better UTSA are than WKU

Memphis will probably be a hold your breath type but should finally have zero problem getting up for Tulsa given their typical pedigree

I consider myself hard core and I’m not real sure utsa is better than wku! Im not sure why so many ppl I respect like utsa today? Not that I’m against im just pretty curious what happens in that one.
 
UTSA is just a rock solid team top to bottom and inside and out.

I personally am curious to see how the WKU O does vs them, it's a challenge for most teams. WKU certainly could win with their offense.

The biggest question and concern is can WKU stop anything, anybody?

Memphis - Tulsa to me feel very similar. Hard game to anticipate. Memphis has won 3 straight and is usually a big favorite. Not sure when last time Tulsa was favored over them...ever?

Yea same here. It tough for me to be confident in many teams going to wku cause I think they can pretty much score on anyone. I suspect it another wku game both teams sitting real close to 35.

Let's just say it's a hunch...that UTSA doesn't come up in water cooler talk

Point with Memphis is they've looked awesome early and let off the gas the last couple weeks and it bit them in the ass. I don't see any chance in hell they let up against Tulsa and I prefer their A game to the golden showers'
 
speaking of that wku game guess i was right with 71 cause ity there now, lol. guess i shoulda played it at 68 early in the week, oh well..

Wanted UTSA all week and will still play it but value has taken a hit
 
Getting the feeling that OU puts up half a hundred today

Not sure how that translates to the final score but seems like that offense busts out

I love Pasch, hope he's in line for a big gig w/ESPN

Of course I've heard him as a Cardinals color guy for years, somehow owning the broadcast over Wolfley who is a bad version of wannabe Macho Man

But Pasch tames Walton so he's got it figured out. Would love to see him as studio host and get the prime gigs in CFB
