Horrible clock management at the end of OT by Green Bay.
Brutal.
Chargers 6.0 ypp
Giants 3.6 ypp
Only way you lose those games is turnovers. The two interceptions only led to TWO yards of offense total -- but 10 points
Speaking of turnovers...
The Eagles had 200 yards TOTAL. Are you serious?
Eagles 3.4 ypp
Bucs 5.5 ypp
* Yes I know there is a big loss on the safety but not counting that the EAGLES had 19 2h yards.
Speaking of turnovers PART 3....
San Francisco had 4 turnovers while Jacksonville kept a clean sheet.
You know what? Let's highlight turnovers some more!! Bears @ Raiders was another one where that basically decided the game..
Bears 4.2 ypp
Raiders 6.9 ypp
Turnovers : 4-1 Raiders!
Add in a blocked FG to end the game by the Bears.
At least we seen the Jeanty breakthrough game!

Agree on clock mgt. What was Lefleur thinking. Brutal indeed
No surprise after watching Cowboys-Giants week 2.
I thought the same thing. How do you not see a little home team biasBiggest thing I learned is the Cowboys have the most honest timekeeper in the league. You think in Philly or Pittsburgh this happens where the clock stops with 1 second left?

That is a reason, but the turnovers were their true demise.Guys, the Chargers lost because their oline got depleted. The whole game changed when Alt came out.
Puka injury occur in this game?Colts are legitimately a contender in the AFC. Obviously a lot of mistakes cost them but the Rams made there share. I attended this game and it was the best home crowd I’ve ever seen in LA. Verse and Puka are both dealing with hand/wrist injuries. Keep an eye on that for this Thursday injury report.
I think they are improved but contender is a stretch to me. Credit to the comeback vs Denver but they beat Miami and the Titans. They faced 2 competent offenses and allowed 28 & 27 points. Daniel Jones will come back down to earth a la Darnold last season. That being said he has a great offense around him. If you take Taylor away as much as that's possible they will struggle. I suspect they have a terrible run D that teams haven't yet exposed fully. Allowing 4.5 ypc (same as Taylor is averaging) 96 per game now they get Jeanty so we will see.Colts are legitimately a contender in the AFC. Puka went into the locker room right after the running play Kyren Williams made where he’s pointing at the defender and stiff arming a DB to the ground. He came back 1 series later.Puka injury occur in this game?
Colts aren’t the level of Buffalo and KC but they’re just as good as the rest of the AFC. Ravens have slipped with all their injuries.I think they are improved but contender is a stretch to me. I stopped at the bar to watch some baseball yesterday. This guy walks in sits down and before he even orders a drink says “you know how many fucking kids Tyreek Hill got?!” In the loudest yat accent. I about spit my drinkMost likely he just got news that he wasn't being prosecuted for his latest crime, Gandolf. Hill is a piece of crap
If they don't improve dramatically on the OL it's irrelevant. Whoa they are brutal. There is a writeup in the Chronicle about CJ finally getting his pre-snap reads locked-in and having a positive effect on the OC playcalling.
Grass fields would help, a lot.
Whole reason the Cards have the field on a track to get sun during the week yet everyone still complains about the footing when they play big games here. Hard to win either way.Grass fields would help, a lot.
Field turf injuries occur at a much higher rate.
Cool it a bit on the workouts too -- pushing bodies too much.
That field is atrocious. So many ACLs.Whole reason the Cards have the field on a track to get sun during the week yet everyone still complains about the footing when they play big games here. Hard to win either way.
Interesting that it's basically split between turf and grassThat field is atrocious. So many ACLs.
I understand what they are trying to do though.
I'd love to see some data on injuries at Levi's stadium. What's another real grass spot? Foxboro.
Most likely he just got news that he wasn't being prosecuted for his latest crime, Gandolf. Hill is a piece of crap
Yep. Turf is way too unforgivingGrass fields would help, a lot.

It seems most of the $30 - $40m wr and edge guys are either injured or having bad years so far. AJ Brown, Mclauren doing nothing so far. Bosa out as usual. Dallas totally neutralized Parsons the other night. Cincy sucks with Chase Higgins though I know burrow out. Teams like buffalo balt kc gb (with wr anyway) don't pay the big wr money. Guess u got to spend cap somewhere but I'd argue build inside out and pay the lines. And most of all pay for depth because injuries are everything in nfl. Especially backup qb. You have to have depth or you have no chance. GB paying Parsons $48m year just is ridiculous imo. And I think he's awesome. qb is only position I can see that kind of money.Grass fields would help, a lot.

Interesting.Interesting that it's basically split between turf and grass

This may identify when the actual “finishing touch” of the injury happens, but doesn’t take into account or measure the cumulative effect on the body of playing and or practicing on turf vs grass. It would be interesting to see the rates of injuries and if it corresponds with an increase of the prevalence of turf fields….Interesting that it's basically split between turf and grass
