Too much excitement for OU IMO......

Looking at PGWE (post-game win expectancy) numbers - they shoulda won between 4-5 games last season...... now they add guys from Wazzu, and other G5 mostly - they lose more than they gained (net portal #). So better for sure probably, but how much?

I would think this one climbs above 3' - how far who knows - stay away for me ..... lean Michigan probably

First glance…I like Sparty and Illinois (partial fade of homie Mensah. Okie state in for a world of hurt….Lanning been known to run it up. Kinda surprised looking at the Ducks schedule that they really only have one challenging roadie where they would be dogs. At Penn st, at Northwestern, at Rutgers, at Iowa (never easy, ever) and at Washington across the borderline. Somehow (ahem Knight) the Ducks miss both Ohio State and Michigan. Huh, home schedule is a walk in the park. Okie state, Oregon st, Indiana, Wisconsin, Minnesota and USC. Indiana, wiscy and Minnesota will not travel well to Autzen. Won’t happen. USC could put up a fight, but if Oregon beats Penn St on 9/27 they really have a shot to run the table with that patty cake schedule….

I'll be on Louisville...16' now - thinking it drops ? .....so waiting. The over in that game night be the way to go, Cards lost a lot on defensive front - plus JMU QB looks healthy
 
At FD earlier I took over 54.5 in the Ville game and overs with Oregon and Florida, 58.5 and 52.5 respectively. Back in July I took Illini ML 125. Strong week 2 card. I will be at the Carolina game at Charlotte, hoping for 16.5 but will take up to 20.5 probably. Best of luck this week fellas!

I mentioned it in the props thread but VT's D struggles with a qb who can scramble and I do not think you can draw up a more ideal QB than Pavia to give VT's D fits.

Vandy ML is the play - terrible spot for VT - weak non-conf home favorite on short rest... vs fantastic dog that NEEDS this win. Hopefully they play SC tough....

HOWEVER - off a 49-10 loss to Tx St LY, I think they play (as a dog) in this spot, in which they're tough. UTSA had over 200 rushing vs A&M, guessing garbage time contributed, but still - RB Henry went for 177, averaging 11 yds/rush. Bobcats are getting a boost here for blowing out EMU, but they shouldn't

NAVY got insta hit at open at now it's -20.5 with juice. And that UTSA over could be interesting also, 64 is a big total but prob not big enough.

CMU - Pitt is a terrible home favorite (18/46) with Couch Burners on deck (huge) - CMU looks tough - I'll fade them NEXT week at Michigan, not here - they should play Pitt tough

Illinois - maybe overrated this year, but man they are tough on the road (15/19) - looking for some regression from Duke

BC- typically tough as hell in this spot - small play / Sparty might be much better - BC maybe some regression?

Miss St - tall order for ASU, who only won LY by 7 - at home. Night game, MSU looks much improved, should stay close or win SU




*NORTHERN ILLINOIS - if I post this play - don't do it ha - they might be bad this year.... plus Terps take care of biz in this spot usually

Checking VT history (and betting spot in general) returning HOME, at night - off a road loss - with revenge? Hokies will be tough here.

Thoughts on Mizz/Kansas? Tigers lost backup/shared time QB Horn and thier starting kicker....defenses look to be the better squads.....total seems high at 51ish....line at 6.5 seems high too....Daniel's is better than Pribula....should be a good one....

IF you like Kansas ..... you probably should lean OVER (15/19 games as a road dog went over). I lean Kansas, but they lost too much to be trusted here (probably). That said, it's probably a one-possession game - if you can get 7, or 7' especially - fine. The problem ? Mizzou D might be REALLY good, their O we don't know.

Mizzou / Eli D. tends to focus more on SEC play - they win, but don't cover non-conference games. Kansas is much better at home, and is about 50% in NC games.

I'll probably just wait for the game to start, figure things out then (genius ha) - maybe I can get the Jayhawks at 10 or more. As long as QB is healthy, I'll look to KU/OVER.

Uncertainty for both, but way too much early love for these Sooners - Michigan/HC Moore seems underrated to me, and should be able to disrupt OU's new Wazzu offense. Sooners couldn't run it vs the mighty Redbirds (3.2/rush - 103 yds - 12 yds longest run).


After drooling on myself - staring at the early 3 - adding smaller...

Aztecs lost LY by 3 to Wazzu - WITH MATEER. SDSU was up 26-14 in the 4Q.

N Caro - I can see another crappy performance on the road here (5 days rest) - then rebounding at home vs Richmond.
Vandy - love Pavia/Vandy but Hokies will be tough in this spot - might play Vandy live/2H if they get down a bit

Like the Beavs here - which is really hard to do after watching that Cal disaster. Plus Fresno POOF! - looked great 2H vs GASO....
>> I think that Fresno will look more like they did vs (road) vs Kansas here. GASO went on a 2 week trip to play USC, kinda stopping off to play Fresno - and fell asleep 2H. I think Cal / QB surprised OSU, and the game kinda got away from them. A MUST WIN for the Beavs (typically great at home), with road games with Texas Tech and OREGON on deck. Line should probably be at least 5/6 .... Fresno / QB is a turnover machine - 6 so far - next to last in nation.

Flaky Toledo is off a tough road game with Kentucky, Toppers off a 7/7 contest with N Alabama (bye on deck). WKU starts strong, is a fine road dog, plays well in the non-conference, and has won 8/row vs the MAC (5-3 ats). Rockets play well at home, and off a loss, and are playing with revenge (WKU won LY 26-21). Topper O should be tough to stop here. Small play only, Rockets probably win a one- possession game.
