Damn I fucked up. I saw a Minny +4 I think earlier in the week and didn't act, now it's +3. I don't want to overreact to one game but they look pretty good. I lean to the OVER on Philly/Indy game. Both teams will score. The line I saw yesterday was 52.5 and has gone up a full point to 53.5 already.

And I think the Packers mollywhop the Jets this week. Without that 71 yard run by Ivory the Raiders probably win that game. That poor secondary let a rookie QB in Derek Carr have an efficient game. And the Raiders didn't even have a running game to help Carr. MJD had 11 yards and McFaddern had 15 yards. What is a superbowl mvp qb in Aaron Rodgers going to do this week? Packers by 17+.

Since they played the first game of the season on a thursday, all Aaron has heard of is how he's ducked Sherman and that has to be pissing him off. I think the Team Total would be something to look at, TD props for AR, etc. I think we see a record number of Lambeau Leaps this week.

I have a feeling about the BEARS too- No homerism either- I cqan actually see them winning this game- If BEARS win week 1 whats this line 4.5?? Or do they still hang a 7?

Just put 1/2 unit on them at 160-1 to win the Super Bowl, obviously that won't happen but I think they've got a shot to make the playoffs and I can hedge out at a good profit. Schedule is the weakest in the NFL.

Need more than 1 game; hes looked great in the past only to revert to his old self, especially on the road. But if he has actually changed his game hes too 4 in the nfl. Well know by wk 5, but im not willing to bet on them on the rd yet
 
Eli looks shellshocked…that offense is not good. The new OC looked confused as hell on the sidelines, like he was reading another language. Not what you want to see, ugh. Defense looked better than expected to me. But that team is a mess. Not sure if they win comfortably…i think I need to look to a possible 1h play, haven't looked yet though


Agree on the Indy over, I may need to get that now.

Not saying jets cover, actually lean pack.... but if the jets dont commit 11 penalties.... they possibly win by significant double digits (especially without a garbage time td for raiders). Speaking of that last drive.... you take that out and raiders only had a total of 97 yards. So I completely disagree with that statement

Gun to my head I'm taking the Bills. Miami has been smoked last few years after beating NE.

Pats 14-7 ATS off a loss last 7 years. Rarely if ever lose two games in a row.
 
Patriots/Vikings game very interesting to me. Was on the vikings last week, but a couple things I noticed. Outside of the long Patterson run they didn't really have a sustained long td drive on their own. The first drive that resulted in a fg was helped along by a roughing the passer call. Their longest td drive was extended because of a roughing the kicker call on a punt. The Rams had 13 penalties for 121 yards in that game, and lost the turnover battle 2-0 including a pick 6. Minny was just 3-12 on third downs. So were the Rams just really bad defensively (obviously they were horrid offensively) or is the Vikings offense ready for a breakout season?

The Patriots couldn't stop the run as Moreno ripped them the whole 2nd half. Enter AP, who really had a pretty quiet day vs the Rams. No doubt the Patriots will focus on trying to shut down the run, but with Patterson/Jennings the Patriots will not be able to load the box up without leaving single coverage in the secondary. Could be a big day for AP.

On the other side of the ball the Patriots offense of a 2ndh no show where they hardly even ran the ball (to me their best offensive quality now is their rb tandem). Minny's defense really to me did not face an offensive test vs the Rams, so I would be inclined to say they will have their hands full on sunday. I would expect the Patriots to run the ball much more this week and work off the play action. Strong lean to the Patriots and the over
 
Chiefs + pts looking like a wager for me.

KC coming off a terrible loss where they looked horrid in every aspect of the game. Just 17 rushing attempts, 1 rushing 1st down and 1-12 on 3rd down. Now they get Bowe back who will stretch the defense a little. Something tells me Charles will get plenty of touches in this one- no way do the Chiefs want to risk giving Manning & co a ton of TOP in this one, would expect 25+ carries minimum. Indy with just 14 rushing attempts for 54 yds vs Denver so really we don't know how effective the Denver run defense is, but I think it's safe to say the Denver defense as a whole will not strike fear in any team's heart just yet- Von Miller is not yet back to himself and the defense looked a little suspect late in the game, allowing a couple big plays stemming from short passes from the backfield.

Broncos offense of course looks as potent as ever, but I think we get a max effort from the Chiefs defense this week coming off such a poor performance. All in all the line is inflated due to how bad the chiefs played week 1- line prob would have been 8.5-10 otherwise. The Broncos have won by more than 10 vs the Chiefs 1 time in 3 years.
 
My guess is the whole world will be on the Lions as a dog after that MNF showing.... Panthers defense is not the Giants defense, total alone says this could be a grind em out defensive type game.

I agree, 7 is probably too much. I think SF will have problems covering their WRs, epecially if they aren't slowed down by their slight injuries.
 
WAsh, Det + 10 ish, NYG + 10 ish if it gets there, Sd + 13 is if it get there, GB, Chi + 14 ish-----All better options-
