Delhomme might have INJURED his ELBOW again and McNabb was benched at HALF.

Its a week away but Texans on MNF look solid . Jax has fallen to pieces and one thing we know is Houston can throw the ball. Which is bad for Jax .

Vikings already lost a tough one @ Chicago. Want to look over both of those games today but hard to not like Minnesota IMO. Also the UNDER will be a low scoring game IMO.

Steelers after NE exacted HUGE revenge . Think the vet Pats are gonna be a tad tired especially on defense. They had a long layoff for this one and remember NE has struggled stringing performances together . Jets and NE both won SU on the road after their long layoffs. Bottomline is Pitt played them pretty good @ Foxboro last year and DEFENSE will win this game . Clearly Pitt has the edge ....

Seattle at a real disadvantage having to travel on a short week. They have shown improvement and I am unsure about the -13 line . However the OVER looks pretty solid IMO .

I would stay away from Tenny as well on a short week . Its a bounce back possibly but after the streak is over but have to think its a tough spot to prepare for . Det is tough to figure but maybe Lions 1st H???

Not sure Balt is good enough to lay almost a TD on the road . Plus they just finished 5 of 6 away , come home , then travel AGAIN !

Hard to lay points with OAK especially since they beat KC already . Defense is just alot better and again not sure if KC knows how to win !

ALot of games OTB

any thoughts on the Monday Nighter?

Just a quick comment from the other thread . I truly dont have much of a feel for it ......

Not really . At basically a PKem I think I would LEAN Saints . It's the 1st home game in forever for them . Interesting to see if they can run the ball because they dont want to be one dimensonal .

Actually like this UNDER . GB's offense has been solid but getting alot of points from the defense with like 5 pick 6's this season. Saints offense isnt clicking sort of like Zona's where it moves the ball fairly easily. Then it gets to the red one and has no clue what to do . Except settle for FGs . So like to think we see alot of FGs here and possibly worth playing the OVER FG props usually at 3.5 with the vig being adjusted heavily on a game to game basis.

I think NO defense at home has gone unnoticed .

Saints 27-20 ???? On the fence more with the side then the total ....:shake:

Looking over the Niners @ Dallas one thing stands out to me . SF came to play just had some poor execution and Dallas ran away with the game. Sure SF scored 2 meaningless 4th Quarter TDs but the more I look at this game dont see how Buffalo -6.5 pt favs . If this holds and I can get +7.5 will be a huge play for me. Clearly the beatdown Buffalo laid on KC plays into this number . Buffalo has not played that well at home really though . Lost to the Jets and Browns plus the near loss vs Oakland . SD self destructed like they do every week believe Rivers was INT on what would have been the go ahead score late 4th Q. Big deal they beat SEA in the opener a West Coast team playing on the East at 1PM . KC hung 54 pts but they had only 444yds which wreaks of great field position and/or turnovers for scores (they had a Pick 6) . KC actually scored on 9 offensive possessions with 5 TDs and 4 Fgs plus the defensive score .

TD drives by length: 61 , 53 , 33 , 83 , 44 Yards
FG drives vy length : 37 , 7 , 53 and 7 Yards

Clearly field position was very good . They started 5 x inside KC 45 yd line and the other 7 possessions they had just once did they start inside theor own 25 and twice inside their own 31 !!

Right now SF is +6.5 would certainly buy this to +7 and play it . Even with SF coming EAST again. I think this team is plauing hard for Singletary and what kills SF is teams who can really pass it . Which despite better numbers is not what Buffalo is . Evans is a scary matchup after TO torched Clements and company but thats about all . Does the Buffalo secondary get healthy here ???

In the mix of a playoff race wouldnt say Buffalo is looking ahead but the do have Miami and Jets on deck teams who have beaten them already in the same division obviously ....Though SF did well vs the run today ...

Not certain about this but would be interested in playing the Ravens and Bengals Under 37 or higher . Just look at the Bengals game when they hosted Philly and look at the bogus points put up on the board today in the Philly game . Both teams coming off "fake" overs and expecta low scoring grind it out game .

Another Under I think I like is Det and Tenny . This will boil down to how DET protects the ball but TB had a measly 250 yds off offense today and well DET had less.If Tenny comes out flat like I expect then UNDER 44 or better will have a great deal of value.

Even the UNDER @ NYJ looks interesting . The Jets should continue to pound the ball here and if the defense plays like it did last week notgood for the Broncos...

Are the Rams worth another shot ??? Miami again cant beat good teams at home by DDs and I wouldnt be suprised to see a -9.5 here or higher . Answer this : How does anyone throw INTs on 4 consecutive possessions ???

Twice near midfield and the other inside the red zone. Talk about KILLING drives .

Bears LOST Mike Brown , Nathan Vasher and Desmond Clark during the game . Which leaves there availability for week 13 in question at the moment. orton still wanst very good IMO and this just strengthens my lean on the Vikings .

Which Minny just accepted the gift Jax gave them. Garrard fumbles opening drive and that goes for a TD . Then on the ensuing kickoff Jax fumbles AGAIN and its Minny ball at the 28 . In a few minutes its 2 fumbles and 14-0 Vikings . Jags get back in down 17-10 and miss 2 makeable FGs inside 45 yds after solid drives . The fumble again the 1st possession of the 2nd Half ! For an encore Garrard had 2 picks late in the game ....SAD!

Nut never bet teams like Rams and detroit, they suck and have quit on the season--

They are jokes, and if the other team is remotely interested they win by 21 points

Also shocked to see you on the saints ---

KEvin Keshveamar alert, Huge mismatch in tihs game buddy-

Pack can stop Brees pass, Mcallister is done.

They havent quit but they do suck . Regardless they are as bad as it gets .

I have to look at the defense of NO now vs what I saw in the home games way back when vs Minny and Oak. I know they have lost a bunch of players to injury.

I only lean Saints here not saying I am playing them.

I like Tenn. giving 11 even though that seems really low & Sea getting 13. I'll take Ari over a messed up Philly teams no matter what the spread is....

Also, the Bears are on their 3rd road game in a row, even though their travel hasn't been that far ( at Green Bay, at St. Louis, and now at Minnesota ) Minnesota looks good, and I'm kinda upset they beat the Jags so bad, as we could've gotten a better line if not for the blowout against Jax.

Having wasted about 9 hours of my life the past 3 Rams games, yes, they have quit and there is a huge motivation problem and internal issues with this dysfunctional group....see Incognito's comments about St. Louis and their fans, rush D, offensive line protection...the only person worth two drops of Mouse piss on that team is their damn punter.:36_11_6:

nvm I got it

Liking Seattle but I'd have to take them at 14.5-15 somehow

Don't think it even gets there as it dropped to 12.5 though, something tells me they cover this line (Anyone else have that overwhelming feeling they keep it competitive?)

Love Arizona, probably gonna be on them +3, huge game for their season...but the Eagles realistically have a shot at 5-5-1, I could see them reeling off 3 wins in a row and it being the biggest news story in December

Good Stuff gents !

Couldnt post the NFL stuff yesterday got pressed for time as I had a hoops game and thought I might be back in time . Didnt happen as I wound up playing 2 games and not getting home to the 3rd Quarter . Good news is while I lost the UNDER I did have that Saints for alot more . Once that line flipped to GB favored no way I could pass it up. Unfortunately I left alot of money on the sidelines because I like NO 1st Q and 2nd H but didnt get those in .

Be back to comment in little later . We have a short week !!

I want to look at that Dallas game again vs SF . The Seattle offense showed some life vs Wash actually ran the ball fairly well. I know I left off thinking the Dallas win although while I had them wasnt very impressive . One thing is SEA easily has the worst travel schedule but SD wasnt much better .

I dont think I can agree with Zona. They could barely hang around with a depleted Giant team at home . Zona hasnt faired well as 3 pt dogs if I recall (Wash , Car and NYJ). Philly hit rock bottom I think benching McNabb . Now that fear of being benched is maybe gone from his head hopefully his play will improve by relaxing a tad . The Balt game was a joke . Close game where the McNabb INT in the scoreless game which was really a great defensive play changed the game (rusher batted the ball from his hand and caught it). Phillys defense just to good IMO .

:shake:

Steelers +1. They are one team that wants to get NE more than just about anyone. They've had 10 days to prepare. The Pats are coming off a revenge game themselves against Miami. Cassell has been great in his last two games, but I think much of that can be attributed to playing the second of two divisional games in a row. He hasn't seen Pittsburgh and they've got a nasty D.

I think Pitt. has all the edges here.

It will be the favs for me on Thursday or nothing....I like Tenny and Philly quite a bit.....like the Boys too but the line is definitely high.

Sunday....

Indy (bought to 3)
New Orleans +3.5
Minnesota (bought to 3)

Potentially...Carolina and Atlanta as well...gotta look a bit further.

NE/PIT....coin flip for me....I would have loved Pit at home here but not sure in Foxboro.
I see Balimore winning for sure...just don't know by how much...Cinny will be lucky to get ten I think...if the Ravens get any defensive points again....they'll get the number no problem IMO....but the U does look good also.
Houston looks like the right side....Jax has been one of the major disappointments all season.
Miami will more than likely bounce back strong too...they actually played really well last week minus the crucial pics.
Like the Jets...but the number is a tad high for my liking but it looks like the Broncs are way out of sink, and the Bretts just keep rollin' on BOTH sides of the ball.
SD still has very slim playoff hopes alive, thanks to the horrendous Bronco play of late...and that might be enough to keep my away from ATL this week on the road....but we'll see....that should be a close game and I always love catching.
Not much interest in the others....

BOL to you NUT and everyone else....great info/analysis as usual.

I'll try to get around tonight to get my thoughts down and reply back to the few comments in here . Just a hectic day ahead for me .

Thursday Leans :

The Titans game I have no lean . I dont see the value and maybe MusicCityGambler can talk about this some but backing Tenny at DD on the road , on a short week after the perfect record was snapped , on the heels of a terrible defense effort . This Lions team is bad but its not in the same place the Cheifs were a few weeks ago . I would honestly like to find a reason to play DET but havent yet . With all the issues at CB Carr looked terrible last week and Det can throw the ball at times it just to often forgets whose is on their team . So with Depth issues is the Tenny defense somewhat tired now ???

ABsolutely no better time IMO then to Philly . I backed Zona vs the Giants and they couldnt even beat them w/o possibly the teams two main offensive weapons . Worse is they were behind nearly all game. Have to check the status of some Eagles but certainly looking at a strong play on Eagles here at home. I also want to check teams the week after playing NYG as some here have commented how NY is leaving teams black and blue after the games.

Seattle v Dallas nothing yet still looking at this one and 12.5 seems high but if Dallas plays well its going to win by 2 TDs easily . I just question how well they have played last 2 weeks .

I feel the exact same with the bottom two: Dallas and Philly.

Not sure about Tenny because on the line....might try to get it at 10 or 9.5 if possible but the juice is gonna be thick. I expect a strong preformance/bounce-back effort from them this week and Detroit is the perfect team to take out their frustrations on.

I can't find ONE single reason to like to Lions this week....quite simiar to the bungles....i think the lions will struggle to score...10-13 points tops IMO.

No opinion on the Titans game on a side or total. I have no feel on how the pace will go or whether the Titans will be pissed off or whether the Lions will get up for their Thanksgiving game.

Well, I heard that the Titans are going to be recommitting to the run game - with LEndale and CJ. Can't think of a better team than the lions to do that with, plus you get back Harper in the secondary

Have heard the same thing as well . Harper's return seems just as huge. I think I am staying away because I just dont like how Tenny lost and its hard to say that 2008 with such limited weapons on offense hasnt gone their way . Did it end on Sunday ?? :shake:

Happy Thanksgiving CTG !

12:30 Titans @ Lions :

What can we expect from Tenny ? Even MCG is not sure what to expect . I truly struggle believing the have a bounce back effort. If they win and cover the number its because Det continues to be just that bad . There has been some glimpses from Det past few weeks but ultimately INT's have crushed this team . They had chances to beat Wash , Carolina and TB but at some point self destructed and are unable to regain momentum because the defense struggles to get stops and the offense when asked to make a play usually throws a pick regardless of the QB from Kitna to Culpper to Dan O to Stanton.

The Titans have had alot of easy teams on their schedule who cant move the ball on offense or at least when they matched up . See the Bengals , Cheifs , Bears to name a few .

“No one is quitting, but we don’t know how to win,” said Lions defensive tackle Shaun Cody.

That quote to me sums up DET . They try but it just doesnt work out and the talent is lacking .

Naturally Tenny is going to try and establish the running game because DET is terrible at stopping it . Some may think Tennys run offense is sputtering but the fact is Jets , Jax and Chi are all solid or very good vs the run . Naturally alot credit has been thrown Collins way fro stepping up when the run game faltered which he did make plays but the bears and jags have been terrible at time s vs the pass while the jets are near the bottom of the league . I am only implying the passing game succeeded because of the quality of pass defenses it played . Which I am not suggesting DET is any better but its still a question mark IMO when it comes to the Tenny WRs showing consistency catching the ball. More then Collins making throws I actually trust the vet QB.

Look at the past 5 Tenny games at Halftime .

Indy lead 7-6
Ten led GB 13-10
Tied at 7 with Chicago
Jags led 14-3
Jets led 10-3

Det at Home recently :
Led 17-0 after the 1st Q but lost the 2nd Q 21-0 to TB
Led 7-3 after the 1st Q but lost the 2nd Q 21-0 to Jax
Led 7-3 after the 1st Q but the 2nd Q was tied 3-3 to Wash

Now they are 0-3 ATS in these 3 home games catching +7.5 vs Wash , +6 vs Jax and +8 or +8.5 vs TB BUT they are 4-0 ATS away on the road catching DDs . I am focusing on these 7 games because I just feel that since the Minnesota game they have showed life every week instead of getting blasted like they had previously usually down big before halftime.

@ Carolina +14 down 21-16 at half (ATS win at half and game)
@ Chi +12.5 UP 23-13(ATS win half and game)
@ Houston +11 down 21-3 (ATS loss at half but ATS win full game)
@Minnesota +13 UP 3-2 (ATS win half and game)

1st Quarters in these road games :
@ Carolina led 7-0 ATS win
@ Chicago trailed 10-0 ATS loss but won 23-3 2nd Q
@ Houston trailed 14-0 ATS loss but lost 2nd Q 7-3 as well
@Minnesota down 2-0 ATS win but won 2nd Q 3-0 .

So last 7 weeks Det is 5-2 ATS in the 1st Q and actually 3-0 ATS and on the ML at home in that stretch . Also they are 5-2 ATS in these 7 games at halftime . While I pointed out Tenny has had just 1 lead past 5 games at halftime and it was by 3 pts . Which I think was a PUSH but I dont recall and havent checked.

As bad as DET run defense is stats lie because they have allowed only 3.9 yds per carry at home compared to their overall avg of 5 yds per carry . So the road number is gross and I am just to lazy to figure it but it has to be about 6 yds per carry to work out . I also believe this is Tennys 1st game on turf and in a dome .

So the story is I think trend wise there is a ton of value in playing Det 1st Q and 1st H possibly even full game but I dont see the need to wait the entire game to hope to get paid . Look at tenny what type teams do they remind you of Wash and TB even Minny and Carolina. Teams that play sound defense and rely on running the ball . Truth is in my eyes Tenny is very similiar to TB and Wash . Which those games were very competitive for DET but once they lose momentum like every bad team the snowball effect happens .

The key is simple for Det with Culpepper they have made plays on offense BUT They must avoid sacks , fumbles and INTs . Which vs Tenny is obviously asking alot . They have 2 solid RBs and look at what Jax and NYJ did vs them on the ground .

Tenny has motivation after the defeat but on some level Det has the same motivation to show the world they are not an embarrasment IMO.

All comes down to turnovers and I will roll with Tenny 24-17 but if Det can keep Tenny off the field and make plays just maybe the get WIN #1 ...doubtful but one of these days DET is going to have put together a gam elike it has on the road at home. Look at the TB game closely and they allowed 35 answered but it was so much about what DET didnt do . Bad kick coverage puts the 1st TD drive start point at the 50 , the 2nd TD they allow 3 huge 3rd conversions including 3rd and 13 from teh 36 for a TD pass , the 3rd TD setup off a Culpepper INT , the 4th a 70 yd punt return and the 5th was a Culpepper pick 6 which had them around the TB 40 yd line. Some drives were killed by holds as well . Its a huge matter of them negating these plays and mistakes . Look at the defense it didnt play that poorly at all but Det's offense cant be giving the opponent points and it basically gave them 14 while special teams gave them 7 and gave them a huge start on another 7 ......

Later in the afternoon at first Dallas interested me then Seattle looked interesting,. Then the bell went off . This is a HUGE revenge spot for Dallas as the last time they played was the playoff game were Romo fumbled the snap !!!!!!!!! HUGE REVENGE .......

Dallas has started slow in alot 1st Quarters this season with Romo . Seems he takes a tad to get warmed up . Sointerested in possibly taking Seattle 1st Q and Dallas 2nd Q with leans to Dallas 3rd Q and Seattle 4th Q .

With interest in DAL game but mostly on DAL 2nd and 3rd Qs ......

Have more work to do though...........

At night its clearly the PHILADELPHIA EAGLES IMO . 1st H and Game. Probably an UNDER as well .

Like I said the Eagles hit rock bottom I think with McNabbs benching and the ugly loss . However no one noticed how ARIZONA couldnt even hang let alone beat the NYG when they were minus Jacobs and Plax. I wasnt impressed with how the ARIZONA offense looked vs Dallas weeks ago either . I am not impressed with how they layed @ Wash or @ Carolina .......Philly wins and the short week only helps them . Zona probably took a beating play the World Champion Giants and tough to bounce back on the road . Even if Philly played @ Balt .......:shake::cheers:

Nothing official to the morning ..........

HAPPY THANKSGIVING !!!!!!!!!!

Last thing read somewhere WEST COAST TEAMS + Arizona were 0-15 or 0-16 SU in EST games this year ........naturally the NFC WEST also sucks so that has to be taken into the equation

Early Game :Thoughts ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^

Props :
1st Score of the Game : Lean Lions +160++ : Just not sure there is enough value though . As I mentioned Tenny has started slowly in varying degrees past few weeks but would prefer closer to 2 to 1 ...

1st Score will be a TD or FG / Other : Lean FG +140 ++ and possible play . In 3 of 5 DET home games 1st score was a FG and 3 of 5 away games for Tenny 1st score was a FG .

Other Thoughts :

Det QBs Over 18 completions (-130 and higher I see): Again some interest . Culpepper had 20 in one of his 3 starts but not close really in the other two. Just would expect alot of short passes and a few long ones . Even he gets pulled you know Henson is going to make short completions fresh off the practice squad if he throws .

Det -24.5 yds vs Collins (+120 or so I see): Again some interest more because of how high it looks but judging by the press clips and the way these QB Props are setup seems like some value . Why ? Expectations are Collins completes 17 or less passes and Det's QB complete complete 18++ . So if the props are correct with its implied values then I would expect Det to complete at least 2 more passes but really Det has no ceiling in a sense with the over play (Tenny we know cant complete more then 16 passes to win its prop while Det could complete 19 ,20 , 25 or 30 ) . Anyway just based on more completions I would expect right off the bat in a fantasy world that DET would gain an extra 13 yards but again its unlimited what it could be.....

Collins L2 away games 230 {10YPA}( 2 long TD passes to Gage made up 90 or so yards) and 289 yds {7 YPA}@ Chicago. Team who were tough to run on which DET at best if the home avgs hold up is medicore to slightily above avg at 3.9 yds per carry . His 1st 3 away games showed 123 (6.8 YPA) ,168(5.1 YPA) ,128 (6.1YPA). At home vs Indy and GB he was 180 (4.9 YPA) and 193 (5.2 YPA).

Also its nothing something to get carried away about but being the crwod might be enthuastic because it T-Day its interesting to see Tenny play its 1st game in a dome . Naturally CHris Johnson has a great benefit with his SPEED of playing on turf but Collins doesnt have great history playing indoors . I wonder if that presents a minor problem since no one has mentioned that at all..

Longest TD over 41.5 yds -115 : Again think this has a good shot because Special teams for DET has been medicore , Tenny has busted some long TD runs (see KC game late ) , Det has Culpepper to chuck it deep to Calvin Johnson who I believe has a HUGE height advantage here , Kevin Smith is capable of a 40 or 50 yd TD run as well , defensive scores ....

Again the passing props are the most interesting as Tenny has indicated it will dedicate itself to the run but if they looked closer at the stats one thing stands out ....

Det at home vs the RUN 3.9 YPC vs the PASS 9.1 YPA and L3 shows 5.6 YPC vs 7.2 YPA . The L3 games is skewed IMO though because Carolina was struggling throwing the ball again after Delhomme had his Oak performance and just used its 2 solid backs especially in the 2nd H and late in the game with a lead . Jax also a very solid running team with a mobile QB . Garcia had 165 yds passing and Dunn had a decent day 14c 90yds (one big 40yd run otherwise avg day )but Cadillac in his 1st game only 16c for 28yds..so really 29c 78 yds + Dunns 40 yd run......

Still deciding if I play any props early but those are my leans if anyone cares:cheers:

Sports Nut,
basically confirmed my thoughts on the Detroit game but I was too lazy to look up the numbers. I like them in the 1st half but they have showed to fade big time in the 2nd half, I didnt consider Tenn plaing on turf, thanks for your insights....

Plays : (Level 1 = normal , Level 2 medium and Level 3 Best Bet status or max play status ) Last week was basically much better on sides and weak on totals from what I recall dont have exact numbers in front of me probably vigged out or tad ++ )

1st Quarter +3 Lions (Level 2)
1st Half +7 Lions (Level 2)
Lions +11 (Level 1 ) { ML for value purposes only)

Hopefully you can understand my late night early morning post . Short week hurts the Titans IMO and motivation I feel is equal on both sides . With the streak broken I tend to believe the bounces will start to go against Tenny in the near future its just how it works IMO .

While Chris Johnson benefits from the TURF looking at Collins career playing in domes has not been successful him . Granted we have to remember that back in 1998 he was a Saint for a short period and that was a tough period in his career (4TD 10 INT). Hopefully the crowd is crazy for at least the early portion of the game . Also Collins hasnt played in many Domes last few seasons so just saying it could be out of his comfort zone a little .

Decided to play the Lions full game because trends have to end ...Titans 5-0 ATS away and Lions 0-5 ATS at home (yet 4-0 ATS L4 away all as DD dogs). We know DD dogs have performed well this year and despite poor results from Home pups in the +7 to +10 range the only big home dog like here was Oak vs Carolina and that was close ATS.......

Might add the under 44......

Other Plays : Level 3 (Max plays)
Eagles ML (sometimes I rather pay the -140 then still get stuck laying -120 on the buy down )or -2.5

Steelers +1

Vikings -3 (buy down)

Texas 1st H -20.5 (like -21 as well)

Will Parlay these and maybe Round Robin them:cheers:

Little late but this is why I cant post because I tend to have alot of things going on .

Props I played were :

1st Score will be a FG +135
Det over 18 completions -135
Det -24.5 yds passing +125

Also added 1st H under 22.5 (Level 1 ) again to late to care !

Good Luck all on the early game

6Figure - Thanks bro. Always good to know that I am of assistance . Especially knowing that I am showing peole different ways to approach games. Sometimes it takes the simple approach and others we need to dig and twist abit more. :cheers:Happy Thanksgiving as well

JPicks - Thanks Jeff . GL . Happy Thanksgiving as well

Cinderfella- Thanks and GL today . Hope it works out . Happy Thanksgiving

Added :
Under 22.5 1st H {level 1}

leaned but missed playing Det 2nd Quarter ...just had a gut feeling ...

That with the props was my early card .....

As mentioned already really like Philly later on . Looking to play Dallas but still researching some and probably 2nd Quarter .....(doubt but maybe SEA 1st Q as Dallas starts slow but this is a revenge game IMO)

Be back ....

Took only a few plays for Det to self destruct . Which sucks because only makes me feel like that Det wins the 2nd Q and not the 1st Q . Hate feeling at best I am playing for a split so early into a game .....:hang:

good stuff Nut

glad u decided to do these threads again
happy turkey day...be safe and make it profitable

Another play I am fairly certain of at this time is :

SF +7.5 -120 (Level 3 max play) :

Talked about it some early in this thread and when it hit 7 and then wavered bought it to 7.5 . Anyway see it bouncing off 7 to 6.5 at some places so figure I put this out there now cause 7 is pretty key obviously even if you pay -120 for it still worth it IMO.

Anyway be back later ....Hanson boots a 53 yder 7-3 Tenny now:shake:

good stuff Nut

happy turkey day...be safe and make it profitable

Thanks Bro. Same to you and your family. I think the NFL is worth doing and maybe CFB because its not daily . The postseason as well . I just get to wrapped up into this when I did threads everyday . Glad to be of help to you guys ...Enjoy the Turkey ...

Squeezed out my 1st win Under 75 1st H Tenny after my loss on the 1st Score of the game Prop ....pissed I missed the Vols though 1st Half...

Well you take a shot and hope the turnovers are avoided by fumble on the opening kick is exactly what you dont want , allow a long run to Chris Johnson which is somewhat understandable and then Culpepper throws another Pick 6 TD . Part of it is the play calling being predictable throwing on 1st , running on 2nd and naturally forced to throw on 3rd down ....

That's why trends can be a pain . I have played alot of Det 1st Q and 1st H recently with good success but post it and goes it to crap. Think alot of people were on to this by the 1st Q vig being shaded towards Det at +3 when it should have been -110/-110 .

When you play bad teams you have to acknowledge the worst can happen . They are bad for a reason and its because they continually fail to make crucial plays .

Moving on : (My apologies for that waste )

4:15 Seattle @ Dallas : http://www.dallasnews.com/sharedcon...stories/112708dnspocowkeymatchup.36ffb22.html

Thought the Dallas paper had some good info to read so put the link up)

Julius Jones makes his return to Dallas and days after being benched for Maurice Morris and watching him gain 100+ yds he draws the starting assignment . Holmgren pointing to the obvious saying he feels Jones will be motivated . Which is true and great but with the passing game not doing so well even with Hasselback playing and Dallas 10th in the league vs the run where are the yards coming from ???? SF with Gore had something like 26 yds. Also Seattle ST coach Aren was fired by Phillips after the Music City Miracle and was also a Dallas assistant from 03 to 06 who Phillips elected not to keep.

Then lets not forget Romo fumbling the snap for the go ahead and basically winning FG in the playoffs at Seattle 2 years ago .

Looking at Seattle defensively past 4 away games they were shredded @ NYG , they were poor vs TB and Miami but neither offense took full advantage and allowed the hawks to hang around longer then thy should . In both getting backdoor covers with Wallace at QB. They won SU @ SF who basically was self destructing on offense with O'Sullivan at QB. I think SF and Seattle are very close to equal .

Not crazy about the spread . SF played better then expected last week and as I said very close to equal IMO with Seattle . I do think Dallas i slooking for a quick start and while its not an early game we have seen the lack of success by WC teams and Seattle especially in 1st Hs.

So ATS looking at Dallas 1st Half , Dallas 2nd Q and unsure about the 1st Q as Dallas starts slow

Seattle has worn of the worst ranking pass defenses and as I mentioned the away games vs Miami , TB and NYG the defense was allowing the offense to move the ball almost at will...

Dallas defense can stop the run and I would expect they also would like to slow former teammate Julius Jones just as much as he would like to stomp on them . You can throw on Dallas and the secondary is still banged up some and shorthanded as well. However the SEA passing game appears limited with Branch still working his way back , Hasselback shaking the rust off , Carlson being young and inconsistent , then vets like Robinson and Engram also working them way into shape after layoffs .

Total ??

Part of me wants to pound this over but something in my gut says its not going to be an explosive game . With Hill at QB the SF offense is better then what SEA has now and its really dare I say alot better . Look at the 3 weeks Hill has been the starter @ Zona , STL , @ Dallas .

To me this is looking like the type game where it comes close to the number and fucks everyone.

Thinking SEA ends up with 13 ,14 or 17 pts and Dallas 24 ,27 or 28 but guessing 27-14 game .....

Strong LEAN game under 47-120 (47 is sort of key so worth buying the hook IMO ..

As for breakdown looking at the 1st Q as an UNDER , 2nd Q quarter to go over possibly the strongest of the quarter total leans and 1st H to slide over with 24 pts scored ...

Short week I think will lead to the winning team especially if Dallas with Barber to just pound the ball and run clock ....just like Tenny has done but they are up HUGE ......

Be Back shortly to look at the props and finalize some things...

GL:cheers:

Hawks offense has scored :

Away minus SF game (all EAST games) :
12 @Miami (had a pick 6 TD) , 10 @ TB , w/ Hasselback...6 @ NYG , 10 @ Buffalo

Home vs NFC East :
7 vs Philly , 17 vs Wash (Hasselback)

1st H in those 4 road games :
@ Buffalo L20-7
@NYG L 27-6
@TB 17-0 (TB fumbled in the red zone late)
@Miami L14-7 (pick 6 late taking away Miami pts and giving them to Sea)

Home vs Zoan scored 20 but misleading as they had 2 drives where the BALL started inside the Cards 20 . They started at ARZ 19 and 14 and had a 12 play 51 yd drive to score the other TD .

1st TD was right before half and Zona was trying to get a few more pts on the board . Wilson INT'd Warner and went 58 yds the play started on the SEA 33 so basically in FG range and possibly 10 pt swing. Which also on 3rd and 9 at the Zona 18 Cards helped out more with a holding penalty for the automatic 1st down.

2nd TD Wilson again lays a role with 56 yd kick return that was cut to 46 thanks to a hold but near midfield. Get the ball to the Zona 3 and on 3rd down Hasselback is INT as Dansby is running with it he fumbles it back to SEA 10 yds later . Restart the drive around the Zona 12 and wind up 4th and 1 at the 2 yd line which they go far and get leading to teh score. hardily an easy TD .

3rd TD was shortly after .Warner fumbles and SEA has the ball at the ZOna 14 . Again on 4th and 2 at the 7 yd line they convert as Hasselback scarmbles for 5 yds and later they score ..

vs Wash they had 40 yds NET on the drives that didnt result in a score which was 3 ...2TDs and a FG ......

FG drive 5 plays 34 yds ( which all the positive yds were Morris 44 yd run on 1st down )
TD drive #1 9plays 72 yds right before half(best drive I see for them as its legit)
Missed long FG 53 yds after good starting field position and Hasselback takes bad sack on 3rd and 6
TD drive #2 10 plays 62 yds (two big 3rd don conversions in Wash territory)

So not moving the ball much and when they do it takes some time which shortens amount of possessions..

Plays : SEA starting C Spencer is OUT always tough on the road)
UNDER 47 -120 (Level 2 might go to Level 3)
Dallas -7 1st Half (Level 2)

teaser Dallas -5.5 / under 52.5

Working on Quarters and Props:cheers:

thats what im talkin about nut! level 3!

im big on under 47 and medium play on hawks TT under 17 as well...

good points and totally agree with ya and there struggle to put up points, especially away from qwest

i think dallas should also dominate the TOP with the running game and should also help our under.... portis ran for 150 last week and dont see any reason why its going to get any better against marion barber.
to be honest id be snocked if the hawks have the ball for more then 25 minutes in this game. dallas should have plenty of success running the football for some long sustained drives.

which is exactly what they did against my jets last year on turkey day, went up 21-3 at half i believe it was, then just closed out the game by running the football effectively and we barely even had the ball for more then 10 minutes the entire 2H!

gl and lets cash:cheers:

WTF!!

i was typin that, submit it, and then see you added the hawks TT!

love that play as well, looks like we're on the same page here!

Just a thought for the forum to chew on .

With the DD dogs doing so well so far this season , is it possible now that the season is nearing and end that talent just wins the game were the sides are mismatched ?? The trend has to revert a little at some point so why not from now on when bad teams are beaten up and struggling to motivate themselves each week. When playing teams fightimg to get to the postseason and a good seed .

Just something I thought about watching the early games today . At some losing and playing decent has to turn into losing and playing poorly. You cant play competitive every week and continually lose ...at least not IMO .....

Lions host Minny next but could the be +20 or so @ Indy on 12/14 .......??? Have to think at least 17 and today being so badon national TV is only going to put the numbers higher

On the fence may add the 2nd H under .....think it makes sense but I hav ethe game UND 47 and DAL teased with the UND at 52.5 so ho wmuch do I want to risk on this is the only question...

24-6 at HALF

Finally an NFL WIN today DAL -7 1st H !

2nd H Play :

Under 21 Even (Level 1)

This I guess will boils down to Dallas continuing to control the game . Would hope SEA OL fatigues as the 2nd H plays out on a short week .

As I mentioned earlier I expected 24 pts maybe 27,28 at most at the half (and the 1st H to slide over23.5 )when I played the UNDER 47 .

Also the fact Dallas allowed 2 4th QUARTER TDs last week I think works in our favor rather against us. As the team and coaching staff I would expect to guard against allowing that to happen again in consecutive weeks especially at home...

SEA 1st H away EAST COAST
@20-7 @Buffalo(final 34-10 or 14-3 2nd H )
@27-6 @NYG@final 44-6 o 17-0 2ndh )
@17-0 @ TB (Final 20-10 or 3-10 2nd H)
@14-7 @ Miami (FInal 21-19 or 7-12 2nd H)

The Miami game the pick 6 for a TD before a half gave SEA hope they were still in the game . So Important with an 18 pt lead to get SEA off the field and keep the lead 3 scores or better ....

GL all
