We're heading into November, and I feel like the season just started!!

Quick recap --

Michigan kept Paul Bunyan in its rightful home for the 4th straight year. A dominating 1st quarter was wiped out by lethargic tackling in the 2nd, and this game was competitive into the 3rd. Great adjustments at half via the OL blocking and Michigan did what it had to do...

Now, the bad news, LB Jimmy Rolder was the best player on either team that night. He was also injured late, and we'll see how long he is out.

Justice Haynes just came back, yet he incurred another injury and is likely out awhile. This is quite the secret injury; all we know is that it is foot or ankle-based.

Michigan State played hard and frankly disrupted any and all Michigan passing ideas. There was no pocket time. On the flip, Underwood learning the RPO is still in the works. We've seen brilliance, and last week, he just kept it almost every time.

The next big question for MSU is who starts at QB next time out?

Big win for Rutgers -- and their defense held a team under 400 yards!

Weird game in Eugene. Was that the weather we had worried about? I missed most of it and am glad I did.

UCLA came back to earth, and that was a situational wet dream to be honest. Indy continues to impress your author, BARF, as they are a well-rounded team!

The Iowa over machine continues to cash!! They amassed 41 points on just 274 yards.

Washington's offense came back to life with that hapless Illini defense in town. How the mighty defense of Bert has fallen!! That was a fun 2h bet I was able to grab on the TT. Happy boy there.

Looks like we had a wild 2h in Lincoln between the Huskers and 'Cats! Pretty even game -- hard running, solid defense, and okay QB play.

NEXT UP, NOVEMBER BIG TEN FOOTBALL!!

So much for the big OSU-PSU game. This will be as boring as it gets, and something like 27-7 seems right here. I'd say I'll be for sure looking at under's in some shape or form.

Weather and injury check incoming, but that total seems a bit low for Rutgers and Illinois...

The Indy respect has officially begun as they laid a pretty hefty tariff at home last weekend to surging UCLA. Now, on the road in College Park, we see another wild number. I may have something here later in the week... again, weather check.

Minnesota and Michigan State both with DD losses last week. The Spartans off Indy and UM cannot be terribly excited to be here. I'd love to lay the points with Minnesota, but the score last week does frighten me a bit. Still, this line seems a bit short to me. Mich State can still make a bowl game, but Coach Smith is a lame duck. This should be an interesting month.

USC and Nebraska in primetime in Lincoln is exciting to me. Two traditional programs under the lights in what should be a great atmosphere! Plus, I don't have to listen to these guys announce a Michigan game again. Thank goodness. I don't care for them. Big one for both teams and really should shape the rest of their seasons. The Trojans could use a signature road win to be honest.

Purdue at Michigan will be boring and ugly. I do expect Michigan to work on some pass concepts here for the rest of the season. Purdue's defense is hot trash and Jordan Marshall should have a helluva night. The key for Michigan is to get out of here without any more injuries!

MORE TO COME!!

Had a decent amount on Michigan -12.5 and they got possibly the best whistle I’ve seen in a game this season. Despite the backdoor cover, msu was the right side and could’ve easily won with some calls rightfully go their way and some better poise. Think I like minny -3 this week unless Chiles is benched

The wild part of the whistles...

Well 2 things.

1, that offsides in the 3rd was actually offsides. I too thought that was wrong live action and immediate replays. But, my a millisecond the guy was offsides.

2. Michigan was dead last in opponent penalties entering the game.

Bonus fact -- I think Mich has drawn 5 holes on defense this entire decade. Even the Hutch years. Insane!

I've thought about this all week and Minny seemed slightly cheap.

This line indicates these teams are even. I don't agree with that at all. I'd line this 4.5 at MINIMUM.
