They typically cater to US times for big events

Yeah they do it, UK, UAE, Australia

If it's not a big UFC event they'll cater to the local times but a numbered UFC event seems to usually go off at US times

Any BIG card in the UK will always start at 5 AM same in UAE & Australia these countries pay big user fees/rights and the UFC caters to them in that way.
