[h=2]TRAIL BLAZERS AT GRIZZLIES, 8 P.M. ET[/h] March 11, 2014 · 7:40PM
TV: League Pass

  • The Trail Blazers have suffered a couple of tough losses in the first two games of their five-game road trip, losing at Dallas and Houston. As if that’s not enough incentive to come on stronger tonight, consider this: In their last meeting with the Grizzlies in Portland Jan. 28, the Grizzlies handed the Blazers one of their worst defeats of the season, 98-81. The Grizzlies held Portland to its lowest scoring output of the season. Coach Terry Stotts would love to see him team repay the favor tonight at FedExForum. “We certainly remember the loss up there,” Stotts said. “It was arguably our worst defeat in a game we were never in. We didn’t play very well and they played very well. I think there are a lot of factors going into this game.”
  • Portland has definitely noticed opponents who are positioning themselves for the playoffs, such as Houston and Dallas, have turned up the intensity. Tonight, they face a Memphis team that has just climbed into the eight spot in the Western Conference playoff chase. And tomorrow night, it’s off to San Antonio to play a Spurs team that has jumped into the No. 1 spot. “There’s more intensity to the games,” Stotts said. “Every time your playing and two teams are battling for playoff spots, I think that raises the level of intensity.”
  • Tonight starts a stretch of four games in five night’s for the Grizzlies, who are currently in a playoff race with Phoenix for the final spot. The Grizzlies play at New Orleans Wednesday against a Pelicans team they are 0-3 against this season. Then they play at Toronto Friday and Philadelphia Saturday. “We just try to look at it one week at a time,” Grizzlies’ coach Dave Joerger said. “The only one in front of us matters and then we’ll deal with it after that. This week, I don’t even know if guys know where we’re flying. We’re going to get on a plane and go some place.”

Beverley should school Russ mentally. Agent 0 not known for keeping his shit together.

Great respect to Milwaukee. As to the Poster, he is really excellent and should be read.

Absolute clue I missed. Kings play Philadelphia tomorrow. NO ONE is willing to lose to Philadelphia so they are a no show today.

For anyone interested in college hoops IUPU plays first half today at North Dakota State getting 8. IUPU is 16-2 ATS last 18 in first half. Straight from Gilmo574

Thanks for the tip took them first half. quite fond of these kind of trends. Also took the under in this match up at under 141,5 pinny before it moved down to 139. first half 65 points so in pretty good shape for cashing even if second half usually lead to slightly more points than first ones in CBB:shake:
