Trade Deadline Thread

Rumor that Joshua Palmer may be headed to the Steelers. I've always liked him & have no idea why Harbaugh doesn't seem to want to include him in the offensive gameplan. Only issue is that he's a deep ball threat along the same lines as Pickens, although not as talented. I was thinking the Steelers might go to a possession guy like Theilen, who would also serve the dual function of taking Pickens under his wing.
 
Mike Williams just got sent to Steelers! That a huge move! So happy for him to get away from the jets dumpster fire, he was just starting to look fully healthy then discount double bitch pointed his bitch finger at him for something. Now he gets to play on oppo side of Pickens. That a leathal pair of monster dudes that love to go up and get the deep ball. I dunno how well Russ throws the back shoulder but Williams a beast on those. Great move for Steelers!!
 
Sounds like commanders went and got saints corner lattimore! That is fucking huge: Quinn was doing a freaking fantastic job but he seriously lacking dudes, now he got one in the secondary, he can really get creative now, have Lattimore take one side the field away than he can scheme the other. Washington gonna be in the nfc championship game!

More and more barring injury im buying it. Woulda liked to see them grab a wr but kingsbury offense is so good, exkler a weapon out backfield, maybe they don’t need. That d was a total shit show coming into the year (think I was even betting overs in preseason, lol) but week by week you can see Quinn improving them despite a pretty big lack of talent in the secondary. Lattimore will allow him to really mask holes since he the kind of dude who can take half the field away when he plays his best.

Guess I can just roll w Barkley props, Dallas ain’t gonna hold ball much and don’t think there any chance in hell they holding Barkley down. The only time Dallas d had bowed up vs the run just happens to be when they play crappy run teams! lol

I like the defense more and more every week and now they made a great trade for a corner. Quinn has that D playing hard! Can't put much weight into a TNF division game where I still thought they were well above average regardless that it was Daniel Dimes.

Well I just meant hype as in all the love they getting, not overrated. You havnt noticed Quinn has that d playing pretty damn well considering what he working with! Now he has a shut down corner, that gonna give him the ability to play all kinds of games w qb heads on other half the field!

I am concerned lions and eagles will run on commanders but nobody stopping their offense! Outside lions I’m not sure there a team I’d take over them, we see if c-Mac healthy cause at the moment the issue I see for Washington is there no way they stoping the run without committing extra bodies and the secondary can’t afford that., bringing in one the best corners of the last 5-6 years certainly a step in right direction tho! Washington winning the East, coming into year they were one my plsyoff teams but I thought the secondary be their downfall, that has just been drastically upgraded! Nobody wanna see Washington! I just hope Steelers don’t hurt Daniels this week! lol.

I’m still little nervous bout the run d against a team like lions or eagles but yea they are far from the huge fade I had them in preseason! A shut down corner for guy like Quinn will help other areas but if we being honest lions and eagles run games worry me for them, niners if c-Mac really healthy.

They won’t be playing in the WC round! Unless Philly fires their retarded coach who apparently his only job is making the worst possible in game decisions imaginable! It’s crazy how scary Philly should be but how that moron makes them so much less!

Being related to a long suffering bears fan my mom didn’t really like my take that bears deserved to lose anyways, still dunno how the hell they had the lead? Speaking of teams that need to fire their coach. Bears bring in all this talent and it going down the shittier cause they cheap and wouldn’t admit to hiring a moron and cutting losses. Instead they gonna let this turd mess the whole team up. There guys on street who could make bears viable in a week!

They will be if they aren't the 1 seed. You must think they'll beat out the Lions for that top spot.
