The next big star

Wemby the only question is health...

Desire will be the other question that takes him from superstar to generational.

Cade is a decade long top 10-15 good health provided.

Amen a true wild card!

Flagg, obviously TBD but I think he's a constant till nearly 2040.

These are so difficult

At different points I thought Derrick Rose and Brandon Roy could redefine the league. Hell I thought that about Dame. So much more goes into it than simply the who. Like all sports the situation will always matter. No one is as marketable right now as say a MJ/Kobe/Lebron but I think the access to players on social media has made the star quality much more difficult to come by. We just know too much about these guys now that the mystique really isn't there anymore.

Cooper Flagg, Aj Dybantsa, Darryn Peterson, Wemby...all marketable, ridiculous skillsets and can all be the face of the league. Peterson might be the best guard to come in in decades. Big modern day combo guy and can play both PG/SG with excellent handles, and 6'10 wingspan at 6'5. Could lead Kansas to the ship on his back ala Melo. Gonna be a battle for that 1 pick next year with him and AJ. I definitely am a Cooper Flagg fan because of his defense and ability to create and shoot. He is above average in everything. Like others mentioned above, Wemby all about health, the tools all there but he's kind of a soyboy, The face of the NBA has to be a baller, someone everyone respects and fears. Haven't had that in a long time. My money is on Peterson/Flagg.

League was robbed of the next big star post Kobe with D Rose's injuries. Dude has all-time top 5 potential and legacy. Obviously, Lebron is Lebron, and it just isn't the same as a MJ/Kobe type.

I think Flagg has the ability to become the face of the league. And Wemby, of course. But really like Flagg to take off.

Shai is amazing and no one watched him play in those finals.

Gotta win championships in this day and age. I dont do the GOAT arguments, just do a top 15 all time. Have to admit almost all my top 15 won 4 or more rings. Only Joker from current generation has less.

Based on all that I think SGA is going to win 4 or more. Great GM will turn young talent around big 3 so they'll be in hunt every year. So I'd put sga at top.

With their draft capital and talent already in place, OKC not turning into a 10 year run would be quite the surprise.

Yup. Agree. Presti will find good replacements for the expensive key role players they'll lose. Current CBA is anti dynasty but okc has great shot to be exception
