I see under 91/91.5 for both matches and seattle+3

I don't think it's the worst thing to post those plays with your local, just to see your projected score and your rationale. I say keep those plays coming and if we get bad lines the day of the game, then it should be up to us to lay off. That's how I've been playing it and it has been working.
