Isn’t Sinner up for a ban in a few months for as little as one year?

He’s awesome right now. But if he needs to dope at this age it’s hard to see him being in elite shape a dozen years from now.

You're correct; this is the fly in the ointment. I honestly have no idea what is going to happen but his appeal will be heard in April and if denied, the suspension is to kick in almost immediately.

No he won the hearing, it's International Tennis that's appealing. They determined it was someone on his team and completely without his knowledge. They said during the match that when the appeal is heard in April it's highly unlikely they overturn the decision. And that he says he's in a better place mentally than he's been in 5 years without the ban hanging over him any more.

Now he was kinda favoring the hammy at some point in the 2nd set but it looked fine at the end of the match. Probably a good thing for him there's 6 weeks until Indian Wells
