Teams that have quit for the year

Muletime

Pretty much a regular
Alright guys. I'm looking for some input from as many people as possible. It is the time of year where some teams have quit on the coaches. This is an important angle that has worked wonders for me in the past. I think if you find the right team(s) and situation, you can get enough advantage since the lines haven't been fully adjusted. Here is a quick list of teams off the top of my head:

Michigan State
Iowa
Iowa State
Fresno State

Also, the contra to this theory works just as well...That is, teams that love the coach and will play extra hard to keep him from getting fired, even though they have had a rough season. Teams that fit into this category are also young teams that have been improving each and every week. These are teams that I think fill this one:

Northwestern
Minnesota after this past week (???)

Everyone's thoughts and opinions would be greatly appreciated. I think we can find some hiden gems using this information :shake:

Mule--

Minny and NW are still alive. Both got big wins last week and NW has not given up. They are used to big obstacles and are looking at building on this year.

I agree with you though. Iowa St and MSU have both packed it in. I'm fading MSU this week and picking Minny.

After getting embarrased against CU Texat Tech has played damn good of late. KSU is also playing good ball of late.

Memphis
Michigan State
Army
UAB
Kent
not sure about Purdue
and
what about Miami ?

Playing hard for coach or pride or whatever
Illinois
Eastern Mich
Barfolo

Teams that have quit:

Michigan State
Iowa
Iowa State
Fresno State
Colorado (?)
Memphis
Georgia
Army
UAB
Kent
Purdue (?)
Miami (?)

Teams playing for pride or for coaches:

Northwestern

That is a very good starting point. Anyone have any other team or disagree with any of the above???

not sure if UTEP has quit or is just bad. Playing UAB this week will tell the tale, I believe.
