The early narrative/feeling here in Seattle is that the national media and fan-base just refuses to give any credit to the Hawks for what they have accomplished this year -- almost like the Hawks are a default team and/or kinda backed-in to the Super Bowl.

A lot of the same for Patriots I would guess as well -- almost as if both teams are being disrespected and treated as unworthy.

That doesn't make a lot of sense to be honest.

Feels like they are trying to generate some motivation.

They won the best division in football and just beat probably the hardest opponent they'll have to this year -- twice within 6 weeks in dramatic fashion!

Now, New England should feel that way, and deservedly so.

It's the same here, likely the same as it would be if the Eagles or Chiefs were in it. Still a ton of people warn out with certain teams. The Pats will likely get it longer than the others because of the duration of their reign but by no means does it feel like Seattle are any more or less favored around here than NE and we're full of Seattle relos. Still Pats exhaustion in play aplenty.

Yeah that’s a whole no one respects you pregame speech from someone who hasn’t gone outside the room. In reality this isn’t happening.

It's not as crazy as I guess you guys think. But it's also not close to what you guys think either.

Rams would have gotten the respect that you seem to think Seattle is getting. Offensive teams tend to do that.

In retroscpect there was absolutely no reason to not jump on the NFC -3 over AFC before last weekend though, think it might have even been -2.5 I think someone on here said. Those MLs would have been pretty inviting for cross-sport parlays
