First team to call a timeout. I had Den. My book is grading it a loss because Carolina was charged a timeout for a wrong challenge. Anyone else have this play?

Also, that Ted Ginn play - the lateral - I see it graded as a pass att in the box score with him taking a sack. Why would that not be a rush attempt for -4 yds? Cam took the snap and threw a lateral to Ginn. He looked to throw but nobody open so he ran it for -4 yds. That should be a rush attempt in my book. Costs me the o4.5 Car players with a rush attempt
