Super Bowl LVIII -- PROP Bets Discussion

These are in, one is a Niners bet but yeah

Purdy o11.5 rush yds/Mahomes o26.5 rush yds +285 3*
Deebo/Kittle/Aiyuk/CMC each o1.5 receptions and Niners win +125 2*

Pretty simple on the bigger one, have a feeling that both QB will take a few chances at holding, tucking, running in an effort to not turn it over. QB rushing yards are going to be looked at far beyond this.

Second one, would be shocked if any of the four have one or less receptions so it's a way to get SF at plus money on the ML. That said Aiyuk struggles against press coverage and I'm not expecting some monster game out of him.

Has accomplished this in 6 of last 8 games , one of the games he didn't was the season finale where he shouldn't have been even playing .
It's my largest SUPER BOWL prop wager ever ..

Don't think I've ever made a wager on this but I like Purdy to throw a pick... KC been unlucky with low int #s this season but picked off 2 of 3 qbs in the post season. Purdy throws some balls that seem to be in the air forever I think one gets away from him.

How do you not love this. Only thing scary is if sf decides they'll throw to him more to get him in open space. 12 targets in GB game but still 17 carries & he always seems to break that 1 long one needed to get over the number. Could see a line like 75, 60 rec, 1 td but yeah this looks nice.
 
I expect a rested Debo to get handed the ball early and often while they pound CMC away. Spags tried 9 in the box last SB and it didn’t work but it did get Kyle to change up his game plan. Think this WR core combined with Purdy throwing the best deep ball in the league will keep things limited to 7-8 in the box and it’s a bad rush defense.

Why not?

Tossed JT in at 10-1 to make it interesting. I normally don’t like props but if JT wins this will have my attention.

10 targets to backs by Bills a few weeks ago suggests there’s something there against this defense. Balty just f’n throw out whatever game plan they had in that one. Purdy certainly loves the CMC check down and it often goes for a few more yards than it should.
 
I think the odds are pretty good for the McCaffrey MVP at +450

Gotta figure if the Niners win this game he plays a really large role in it.

McCaffrey to score two TDs at +210 also in the same train of thought

McCaffrey TD score and 49ers win at +115


I have not played anything yet and I have been back and forth for two weeks regarding this game but at the moment I am leaning Niners and I think if they win McCaffrey has a big game.

Sucks that we can NOT bet on MVP here in NY legally ..

Locals have MCCAFFERY much lower than that...My best local has +350 , but only a $100 max ..Others have +295 through +325
 
sf under 4.5 players with a rush attempt -190 is one i think i still like. basically need both Mitchell and Juszczyk to have carries to lose
 
DK had one only available until 6pm my time last night

SF and KC to each have a rushing TD at +200

Only $50 max but those are the things that add up and I missed out again because I simply forgot about it. Some random shit just flying around out there and it's everywhere.

Comes down to really Juz. He didn't get a carry against KC last SB.

They never run edge stuff with anyone besides Debo...

It's a weird thing that must be in law with whatever agreement because you can bet on ANYTHING in NJ... and a lot more in Mass.

But no college player props and no MVP stuff in NY. Crazy.

They consider team totals a prop in AZ so none available in NCAA. Is it the same there?

We can bet on horses at most venues now, that wasn't the case a couple years ago with the Cali tracks, Pimlico, some others. But absolutely no betting on harness racing. I need to know who opposes and likes any of this shit.

It's crazy. The only thing I could understand a book and state having differences with is poker and online casinos. Sports betting and online casinos are way different than one another and I could understand a state saying no to a casino. But SB MVP props, harness racing, college player props and team totals? Why it varies? No sense.

will there be a missed XP at +355, McCaffrey to score 2+ TDs at +225 and then a couple of the SGPs on DK…
McCaffrey 90 rush, 40 receiving, 2 TDs and Niners win at +1000
Mahomes and Kelce to score a TD, KC over 20.5 pts and win game at +1500

Makes sense. I have no problem with Jason Kelce but man does that dude need attention. At some point the whole thing becomes so contrived it’ll turn many off (if not hasn’t already).
