But two season ending injuries, he's basically a write off now, if he pans out great, but can't expect anything
They would be in a good spot if a top end WR was in this draft but from what I've seen most people think it's Ridley and he's only a mid-late 1st

I'm not a Ridley fan at all. Top flight WR's typically need to be 6'2" or taller or have blazing speed with dynamite hands. He has none of those IMO. Good player, but teams will reach.

That's what's great about the game. You can find those pockets in every town. There is a huge Bears hangout in downtown St. Paul at a bar frequented by cops. In Mpls near the U of M there is an old dive bar that is a noted Packer hangout on Sundays.
Went to visit a buddy in San Diego several years back and he took me to a Vikings bar there and we watched the game. Pretty much everyone in purple. I'm sure there are many stories like that in cities all over the country, but it's cool that people that have similar interests can get together to watch.

I'd normally just go ML given what the opener was rather than buy the hook down to a flat 3.
Hate to pay that juice and it lands on 1 or 2.
And the line opened a pick 'em so it was there for sure.
If Fox had half a brain he'd let the midget McKinnon house it to the endzone and have 40 secs or more for Mitch to experience a potential game tying drive.
I'm just filling in the time til the 17th October when the real sport starts anyhow.

Would love to see him play like you say not sure it's a huge upgrade and gives options, tough division but if they can run like tonight and get average qb play they are a threat

After white AND metedith went down i researched WRs for offseason. Much better bet to sign 1 as there will be a few strong options (hopkins etc clearly getting tagged or extended).
As for the draft they need a LT or DB in rd1. If they finish with a top 3 pick trading back is a nice opportunity given the qb needy teams.
Then look for wr in rd2-3. Get meredith back and you have a solid 3 ... hopefully.
