Thats not it at all I just don't buy the capping theory of playing a team because they need wins. Needing wins & getting them are 2 different things......it seems like daily in here the Griz are getting love because they need wins....just don't get it. You chase teams needing wins in any sport & you will be selling pop corn

I don't have such number to be honest, but from what I tried to check from my own bets in the last four seasons, it been very profitable angle.
It also makes perfect sense. Teams that don't need the win, can fuck around and take nights off. Teams that need the win, will go at it full throtle.
I'm not talking about bad teams that need a win, because a bad team is a bad team.
The problem (at least for me), betting good teams and laying chalk is that good teams many times, just don't show up or do the very minimum to win (and sometimes lose because of it). I need to cap motivation on top of other reasons to bet on them.
When a team needs to win, at least I know that I can be sure of the motivation part.
