TEAM TOTALS:

Quarterback is a key position so usually I like to fade the worst in the divison

BEARS UNDER 7 +102 Worst qb in a strong QB division.. I have them favored in only 2-3 games. Why all the love?

CLEVELAND UNDER 6-128 I have them only favored in 1 game. The Jets . This team lost every game last yr and won only 1 in 2016 and now they are supposed to win 7? Not likely.

KANSAS CITY OVER 8 -135 Since Andy Reid has been in KC they have won at least 8 games every yr . Exceeding that total the last 4. Regular season 9,11,11,10. Worth a shot

CHARGERS UNDER 9.5 +100. The Chargers seems like a team on the rise but I think they come back to earth . They are among the most traveled teams in the league and in fact go 5 weeks without a real home game.. I think that takes it's toll

NEW ENGLAND OVER 10.5 -159 I make this bet every year and I am rarely disappointed. If Brady is healthy it is a no brainer. The rest of the division stinks You have Ryan Tannehill and 2 rookie QBS. Nondivision schedule is tough but I expect the Pats to be favored in every game.

NY GIANTS UNDER 7.5 -120 Eli is old an shell shocked. They wasted a lot of money on Beckham. He's immature and then they cut Davis Webb, the heir apparent to Eli and one of Beckhams best friends on the team. Very strange as the backup QBs are 2 undrafted and untested free agents

PITTSBURGH OVER 10-123 The Steelers will be favorites in probably every game but 3 NE, JAX and NO. A week division with or without Bell hard to see them tosing the 7 games you would need to lose this bet.

TENNESSEE UNDER 8 -115 Their division seems better this yr Especially if Luck and Watson are healthy, which will mean the QB will be outmatched most games. They also changed coaches despite finally making the playoffs very odd. Look for a regression.

BRADY OVER 32.5 TD PASSES -130 Last year he had 40

WILSON OVER 25.5 TD PASSES Last yr he had 34 and this yr he figures to me trailing more often

Of course with over props you always have to be concerned with injuries

You think missing Edelman for a bit hurts Brady‘s touchdown total? How many fake pass interference calls will the refs have to make to help Brady get more touchdowns (sorry im a Jags fan couldn‘t resist)

Big fan of Cleveland under myself. You didn‘t even mention that their sos is much harder this year.

Bears got some nice receivers and defensive additions. You don‘t think that helps? But yea four games vs Pack and Vikes ouch

Same with Tennessee. Secondary looks massively retooled. Colts o-line and D still garbage I think Texans should be tougher but they seem to have Jax‘s number. I think this is boom or bust year for Mariota I wonder what he does. He‘s got some receivers around him it‘s no excuse for him now
 
Chargers go all season without a true home game so don’t really think it matters where they play., I could be wrong, they could certainly fall short, just don’t think they will feel homesick the weeks they away from that soccer stadium.. gl
 
Thanks everyone. Will be replying and adding shortly. As for Pitt being favored@ Balt .Right now one of my future bets is Pitt-1 @ that game. I think that is a no brainer. If Big Ben is healthy I expect Pitt to be 6-1 or at worse 5-2 going into that game off a bye.They will probably be favored in every one of those 7 games. Given their difficult opening schedule I doubt the Ravens will even be 4-4. More like 3-5 or even 2-6 if they lose to Cincy next week like I expect. They will probably only be favored in 3 of those games and they come in off back to back games vs New Orleans and at Carolina. A division that they have never had much success against.
Even if you like the Ravens, grab Pitt now because that line will only go up. Of course when you bet futures you are always susceptible to injuries. Good luck whatever you decide.
ps I already prebet the Ravens +6.5 in their road game at Pittsburgh on sept 30th

They are also the Lions turkey Day opponent and I think they QB was a big reach last year. Like Allen for Buffalo this year

Titans should win here. They were pretty vanilla in preseason. Look for them to lean heavily on Henry and Lewis while Mariota gets comfortable in the new offense. On D, LB is still a question mark, as to whether Evans can be that guy right out the gate, but if they can get any pass rush, that secondary is legit.

usually I just play totals in week 1 along with a ML parlay and maybe a teaser. It's hard to tell the effective of gaining and losing free agents when the teams are so vanilla during the Exhibition season, but some games have just stood out for me

Also this is effectively a 10am start for the Chargers and Buffalo has a very strange turf that grass teams have problems with. Hopefully a field goal game.

I may go there for a game. At this point, see ya! I'm hoping the Oakland A's use the opportunity to build a new stadium where they are at now. The sooner Da Raiders leave, soon that could happen!

DETROIT -3 Another huge difference at QB. Can the Miami backup have 2 big games in a row against a Lions team that is rested and usually does well off a bye

SAINTS +2.5 -105 Certainly the Ravens have played the tougher schedule and many top touts and cappers favor them but I can't ignore that the Saints have had 2 weeks to get ready and 3 of the raven wins have come against teams with bad QBS and they lost to /Cleveland to another

DALLAS +1 They have owned the Redskins in recent yrs

CAROLINA +4.5 Carolina out gained Wash they just could not beat them do to turnovers . I expect a very close game

KC/CINCY OVER 58 Chiefs games run to the under at home but I see very little defense being played here. KC has covered all 6 games and they have been dominate at home. They have almost gone 6-0 against a much tougher schedule than Cincy has and you can never trust Andy
Dalton on the road , though he has lucked out twice there. Unless there is a weather issue I see this at a minimum of 64 points
