****Soccer is the Greatest Sport on Earth In-Game****

Not going bananas on it but I see plenty of value on the match on USA in 15 minutes on both teams to score

It's a low line because how stingy Arse are but Leeds at home should score I think

Leeds/Arsenal BTTS -106 is a sunrise unit and a half for me

Prolly good time at 0-0 to live bet over in Arse/Leeds, match is begging for goals, likely Arsenal score before HT but Leeds have chances too

Open 0-0 match at 24 minutes in

Was wrong, Leeds no SOG in the 1h

Arse are a machine. Enjoy playing them on next goal and/or tt over

Love to be a bug on the wall at dinner with Arteta and Pep

The Benfica goalkeeper went from time wasting a little at the 95th minute thinking their 3-2 lead was enough to secure qualification, to Mourinho telling him to go in attack on the freekick 2 minutes later because they needed 1 more goal to advance

And scoring a great goal on the last kick of the game!

Interesting how much more organized the defense looked with Romero out

I feel like he may have quit on the team, but I hope he didn’t quit on the team

Frank said illness for Romero. Good thing it's not an injury because your injury list is crazy

I didn't watch the 1st half but 2nd half was quite good. Need to get more consistent during games very soon, no win in 6 games in 2026 and difficult opponents this month

Romero should be stripped of his captaincy and I would be fine with selling him in the summer

If you’re going to be suspended for 25% of the season, you shouldn’t be captain

Spurs were looking good until he got his red

He reminds me of Xhaka at Arsenal, most times very good but takes too many yellows sometimes red

As you said not the best when he is captain and highest paid Spurs player

Odobert just came off hurt - fucking unreal!

Yes your injury list guys would be better than the current guys who keep losing

Bentancur, Danso, Bergvall, Richarlison, Davies, Kulusevski, Maddison, Porro, Romero

Romero out didn't help because Dragusin not great

10 points at home out of 39 possible is crazy

Loss had nothing to do with Dragusin… he was fine, both goals came on the right side… the first one falls on vicario who just isn’t very good

No one said the loss was on Dragusin. He's not bad, not great just like a lot of these Spurs players. 2026 8 PL games 0 wins

Best news is West Ham keep conceding late goals but if relegation zone keeps getting closer I'm not sure they can stick with Frank much longer

He’s gotta be fired this week, tough before NLD - but there’s no chance anyway

Yeah I think Spurs players need a shock and change like Man Utd recently

Even with all the injuries they should be much better than this

But if Spurs can wait after the Arsenal game to get a new coach in, that would be fine for me!

Guessing de zerbi is choice 1

There is no chance pochettino is an option until after the wc
If Poch takes the US to say the quarters, do you think he'd even want to go back to the pressure of PL? He'd be a God here

De Zerbi seems like a good available option for now. Knows the PL

But multiple red flags

Can't last more than 2 years at 1 club

~30 games this season and 30 different starting lineups. No stability for players

Unstable and crazy behavior, kept threatening to quit last few weeks when he said he would be at OM for 3 years at least and OM wanted him to stay

End of the world when his team loses. Stays in bad mood

Keeps getting in arguments with players. Said Rabiot was like a son to him last summer. Few weeks later wants him gone. They would still be in CL with a midfielder this good
Got into a row with Trossard while at Brighton and wanted him gone asap, Trossard has been in perfect behavior at Arsenal

BUT short term fix I would go for him to wake up these players, just don't give him a 3 years contract

The “now they tell us” stories are coming out now. Sounds like the players had no respect for Frank - ignored his instructions. The job was just too big for him I think

I think soccer is learning about the rest of the world in regards to manager/coach v player

Every other sport the athlete makes way more than the coach and it's now hitting soccer in general.

We can break down how NBA is so much a bigger situation for a coach than baseball and football. I don't even have a clue about soccer. But now when the manager might be the 10th highest paid person at practice, who can deal with that? It's not easy to accept that for a lot of these guys.

I think in this case it's just that Spurs players had lost faith in him and were not responding anymore to his management/tactics

But the coach likely is not the only problem at Tottenham with a new coach every 2 years or so since Poch left

Relegation % (fmeetsdata twitter)

To relegate to 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 EFL Championship (as of 11 Feb):

~100% 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 Wolves
98% 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 Burnley (📉 -1%)
67% 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 West Ham (📉 -2%)
--
20% 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 Nottingham Forest (📈 +2%)
5% 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 Tottenham Hotspur (📈 +1%)
5% 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 Leeds (📉 -1%)
3% 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 Crystal Palace (📈 +1%)
2% 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 Brighton

I think Spurs should get a few wins soon helped by the new manager change like Man Utd

Does my Liverpool have any chance of winning the Champions League ?

Hard to say, need some luck in the CL, 6th best odds to win it so they have a chance and they will be difficult to beat over 2 games

I haven’t watched a lot of their games recently but they seem to be improving despite a few hiccups like last minute losses to Bournemouth and City

But they may have to fight until PL last matchday to get into top 5, and getting far in CL will be difficult with a bench maybe not as deep in quality as City/Arsenal

I've only watched my squad this season ..Appreciate your valuable insight , you not only watch more soccer than me , you also know the game 100x better than I do ...

Hoping they can still climb to 4th in the PL ...Would suck to miss out on CL next year .

Thanks, yes but no better at predicting things!

5th place team will get a CL spot in all likelihood

I think Liverpool will get in. Aston Villa to drop a little in the table is my guess, finishing 5th or 6th. And Liverpool can leapfrog Man Utd/Chelsea too

Is it even possible that a 5th spot doesn't go to England now? When you get 5/8 of the top 8 in CL I don't know how it could work out differently.

Maybe in the case of a catastrophic round of 16 where all 6 PL teams crash out of CL!

With so many PL teams we will likely get PL matchup(s) in the CL quarters this time

CL playoffs next week! Newcastle against Qarabag

Mostly interested in the Benfica - Real Madrid rematch

Tudor a surprising appointment, but no top options available now

2015 - Sacked by PAOK due to “unsuccessful results and raging comments about the quality of the team”
2017 - Sacked by Galatasaray after only ten months
2018 - Sacked by Udinese after only six weeks
2018 - Rehired by Udinese then sacked again 7 months later
2020 - Sacked as Juve assistant manager after one season
2022 - Sacked by Hellas Verona after one season
2023 - Resigns from Marseille after one season and publicly slams the club
2024 - Lasts only 3 months at Lazio
2025 - Sacked by Juventus after 7 months

Seems like getting plus odds in all of their games this season you'd be way up

Yes a few bad losses

15 points behind Real Madrid is not good, and they even beat Madrid in the league

Rumours that it could Simeone last season

FA cup Macclesfield - Brentford starting now

From BBC matchday live:

Entrepreneur Rob Smethurst says he never planned to become the owner of a football club. In the grip of alcohol addiction, and on a four-day drinking binge, he bought Macclesfield FC.

When he arrived at the grounds he was given an enormous bunch of keys, it took him an hour just to work out how to get in.

Rob focused on building up the club and himself from a place of ruin, and what followed was one of English football’s great modern fairy tales.
