4th straight defeats in PL for Liverpool

Biggest problem likely the defense, 3 goals conceded just today, same number of goals conceded by Arsenal all season (PL + CL). Not getting Ghehi in the summer looks like a big missed opportunity

Now I’m getting more worried about Man City, are you coming for us @KJ ?!

Still so early but I assume it will be the two of us

Wish I'd have just faded Wolves to this point. When I said they were fade worthy at the beginning of the season I didn't really expect this.

Sunderland might be last year's Forest, pretty impressive. Not sure what to expect when we go there for League Cup on Wednesday, likely be them vs some guys that need minutes for us.

Bournemouth Spurs and Sunderland in 2nd 3rd and 4th place!

Sunderland will play all the top teams in coming weeks so they should fall to midtable but yes very impressive for a promoted team

Man it's not even November

Hell there's a La Liga game being played in Miami before I start worrying about the table!

Yes but can't afford to be 10+ pts behind. With your dream team and Rodri fit I'd say you can come back. But this season I'm not sure, crucial next few weeks

Latest is the Miami game has been cancelled!

why? Seemed stupid to begin with but I know the Euro types would love to compete with the NFL and Barca in Miami is basically the only one that made sense

I think cancelled over the uncertainty with spanish fans not happy about it. Villareal players boycotted the start of last week game.

Cups or supercups I don't mind being played elsewhere, but league games are sacred and should be played home and away I think

Mlb nhl nba they have so many games so fans don't mind too much probably. Nfl in Europe it makes an extra early game so I guess fans and owners love it ($$$)

Yeah I knew players were against it and rightfully so

If home field mattered as much in the NFL as it does in league futbol people would come unglued about those overseas games too. They obviously matter but not like soccer and owners that lose home games get a ton of revenue from Euro games

Spurs have .01 XG right now which feels wrong

I hate to be super reactionary but Simons does t feel good enough

Yes I was about to talk about Simons, not impressed so far. Quite a few guys have problems adapting coming from the Bundesliga. Like Wirtz who is on the bench today!

Simons I had seen rumors that his teammates hated him at Leipzig, apparently he was bad mouthing them on the pitch saying they were not good enough. Generally bad behavior. But here he is the one who will need to improve

Bad day for Spurs. Not good enough everywhere except Vicario

And upcoming schedule looks tricky

Man Utd before the break

After the break, Arsenal PSG Fulham Newcastle

Surprised there‘s even a game on this late
England is always 8 hours from me so 10:38. Portugal the same. Rest of Europe is 9 hours until you get to the E Euro countries

They change their clocks on a different weekend than the US so it gets stupidly confusing to me

Pretty sure they treat night time like we treat day time especially in Spain. Think 10pm is a popular dinner time in Barca/Madrid. Kinda crazy cultural stuff.

Man, I typically nap at 9 p.m., I don't know if I could handle that. And it's good to let some time pass before you sleep, so that would be a crazy late sleep

Switzerland 99% qualified for the World Cup. Just need to avoid losing 6-0 in Kosovo!

A year ago I thought we might not qualify and Slovenia/Sweden would battle us for 1st and 2nd place. But both have been super bad and we have played quite good

Nice to participate in a 6th WC in a row

Italy - Norway in 1 hour or so

Apparently if Italy win tonight, they would be locked in pot 1 for the WC draw

Meaning even if they lose in the playoffs, whatever team that qualify from the Italy playoffs path would end up in pot 1!

But that is only if they beat Norway and Haaland

Haaland 2 goals in 2 minutes to make it 1-3!

Teams in playoffs will have to beat 2 teams to get in the playoffs, even as a seeded nation this won't be easy for Italy

Norway 1st WC since 1998

Great news! Happy for the Irish and no need to deal Hungary next year who have been a complete mystery forever for me

Last WC appearance for Ireland in 2002. As an unseeded team they face an uphill battle to get in but today was incredible. They were losing 2-1 in 2nd half and needed 3pts. Added time was over and Irish fans were ready to go home disappointed and then
