****Soccer is the Greatest Sport on Earth In-Game****

Definitely not me according to my texts

Dude has a hall pass into the champagne room
Freese has such a good read on where the opponent will shoot. Navas trash-talking didn't work. But take Freese and Navas together then you have Tim Krul! That guy was such a beast.

Might be one of the worst penalty shootout I have ever seen by the penalty takers

Worst one was us in 2006 when we missed all 3 of our shots at the WC round of 16. The coach also inexplicably subbed out our best penalty taker 5min before the shootout…!

Krul? I think he is dutch

Neuer probably best one around 2014 when they won the WC but Navas was incredible too at that WC
KJ was saying Navas was the best in 2014, he saw my angry emotion and, knowing i‘m a Germany fan, knew that I thought Neuer was the best. Hence his post about “the German”

My apology I missed a post. Crazy that both Neuer and Navas are still playing quite good a decade later.

We are due for Germany back in a final sometime soon. But may need a too striker like Klose. They have one that Bayern want to buy who just played at euro21 but might be too young to be impactful next year. Woltemade

So interesting how Germany over the years has struggles to find a true striker. I remember them sticking Mario Gomez there and other guys who didn’t really belong. Klose was one of a kind and he isn’t even German sozusagen

*top striker I meant

I dont remember too much of Klose at Bayern but he was incredible in World Cups. I think ended best goalscorer ever

And yes Polish football fans must be pissed about this! Born in Poland but from german parents living there I didn’t know that

I think Bayern are ready to pay Stuttgart 50m for this Woltemade guy but with Kane not sure it makes sense now

Podolski, too! Not sure exactly what his story was though

2014 Costa Rica was one of the craziest things I've ever witnessed in all of sport and it was completely about Navas

Every knew Neuer was the elite of the elite but Navas became a superstar that Summer

Also the Central Missouri Mules won the DII basketball championship that year. Lots was happening.

Last breakup with a live in cat that year. 2014 is full of stories. Richard Sherman was somehow involved in my lifeline.

Another one born in Poland. Polish parents emigrated in West Germany when he was little

Played a few years at Arsenal so I have followed him since then. Now still plays in polish league at 40 years old

Opened a kebab business in Germany and has earned much more money with this than he did with football. Business worth €200m apparently

This potential quarterfinals could be the best thing in the history of world club soccer

Champions League dreams of this set up

His success does not surprise me. I remember living in Germany in 2010 and discovering that he was a very popular figure. They even made a song for him!

This sounds like a sausage fest

"Germany is the country with the highest sausage consumption overall, both in terms of total volume and per capita consumption."

!!! Germans love their sausage. All kinds. In Berlin the specialty was curry bratwurst, quite good

Yes he was a fan favorite at Arsenal. Gave everything on the pitch. Still playing when he doesn't need so he must love it

Also lots of turkish people in Germany and everyone love a kebab!

Where were you in Germany?
