Too early in the season to be making those kinds of blanket statements (O/U this season at 9-21, but the last few seasons at around 53%), although I have noticed quite a few teams not shooting much at all (Fulham with a grand total of 3 shots yesterday).

Should probably wait a few more weeks to see what kinds of trends emerge.

Over traditionally is a good bet, but with so much roster turnover and multiple coaching changes, it does take a bit of time for the players to become accustomed to playing with one another. Goals should start flying in by the dozen within the next few weeks...
