nolasco seems to have a huge amount of value when you consider that LAS is over rated because of the 1 hitter kuroda pulled against the horrible ATL bats. Perception is off and the price isnt justified imo. LAD may win, but i can only play florida for 3 ina row here. LAD against teams <.500 is disaster

Morton's a good solid prospect he pitched well on the road early maybe he is putting to much pressure on himself . His starts really show 1 terrible one and poor one but 3 decent outings otherwise .

I think ATL really needs to win here since they are 2-10 away vs LHSP and Wolf awaits tmrw.

Whatever bad starts Maddux has had have come on normal rest which he is here today . He just has become a tough luck SP.

Might play the over as well since I can expect ATL to score 4 . Also the Peavy to Maddux stuff arguement .....

Like I Said last 20 meetings ATL is 15-5 with no consecutive SD wins and the past 3 SD wins were when ATL started a LHP. SD is 12-24 off a win this year . They are 3-10 L13 at home 7-18 L25 .....

Understandable to pay for Peavy since he can be lights out but even with Maddux's great 2.40 ERA when he starts SD still allows 4.7

So playing ATL ML (maybe 1st 5 and over )BOL:cheers:
 
SD 9 of 13 at home scored 3 or less and 10 of 13 scored 14 or less...alot of the guys playing are up from AAA which I feel is something Morton can handle......

If Pitt had any pitching any pitching they could contend. Especially if there vets could wakeup like Freddy Sanchez , LaRoche usually a 2nd H player ,etc...deep lineup..

Doumit has been almost as big a suprise though I never expected anything like this from McLouth from what I saw previously.....at least they are exciting :cheers:
 
I think Marte can be decent. Gorzo and Snell have been average this season, and it was expected that they would tear it up. Duke is good at home (not counting yesterday). Dumatriat can be decent too. Van Ben is a gas can. This guy they had here today Herrera is supposed to be real solid.
 
Santana dominates A's again, hopefully they hold on and I'll hit my second parlay.

Good call. Oak fucked me hard as I tried to middle the LAA ML and OAK +1.5 RL but had more on the RL ...

They handed Oak 2 runs in the first that shouldnt have scored and they handed them 2 late runs . While Oak had 2nd and 3 rd in the 7th didnt score and guy on 2nd base late in both the 8th which scored a run and 9th as well.

Bottomline its why I dont get overly involved with what happened during the game . If I was meant to win and OAK was meant to lose by 1 run they would have executed at crucial times and not LAA. Thats always the difference in wining and losing who makes the plays . I had a good theory but ultimately I was wrong regardless of how close it might have been. Juan Rivera was the culprit though how crazy is that ? Down 0-2 in the 1st inning with 2nd and 3rd wild pitch to him scores 1 then walks and a single follows ...2 cheap runs instead of 3 Ks to start the game. IBB walk Vlad in the 7th only to allow Rivera to pull a ball to left to drive in a run and then Aybar steals 2nd and Street allows Vlad to drive him.....I will simply remember this when reviewing Evelands and Santana next start . All over Oakland tmrw though ...

Would have been a sick payoff if it ended 2-1 or 3-2 for me .....Wishful thinking .......Nice work :shake::cheers:

first two years in the bigs 27 and 31 hr's not to mention this year 23.
