Why is Scott Kazmir getting 40 cents? I don't understand this line.

Because...

• Kazmir hasn't been able to get out of the 6th inning in what seems like forever
• White Sox have been hot at home
• Vazquez has been pitching exceptionally well lately
• White Sox do not struggle versus lefties
• Injuries on Tampa Bay

Now I'm still playing it because I think it's a toss up and there's solid value on such a talented pitcher on a team that is 15-5 in August.
