Damn, Gilbert only needing 5 k’s to cash is tempting. Cle not a big strikeout team but his stuff is just different. He only faced cle 1x last year, went 6.1 only 2 runs but only 2k’s. Gotta pass on that I think.

I dunno Exactky who spending what but I gotta believe pads payroll is very close if not as high as lad. I think it certainly possible it doesn’t work out, other than Darvish who I guess hurt? Their rotation has talent but also inconsistency out the ass. Im pretty confident the lineup will get super hot when tatis comes back but the Mets have proven over and over again simply throwing money around doesn’t guarantee anything. Problem w next few years dodgers are gearing up to go all in on Ohtani, they really gonna be a Mfer when that happens. Well god damn, I shoulda took the half run in both 1st 5 innings, so rightfully shoulda had more then of course get 2 more in 6th, just like cubs took lead in 6th! Fucking obnoxious!
