Will be on the Mavs tonight. Many trends that I like support the play and also, Suns really played hard tonight. Dallas should be really losers to lose this one.
Just hope for a small line (not more than 4 points).

i would stay away fron this one, i mean, mavs were supposed to win vs spurs. they had triple revenge, spurs were in B2B without TP, but they found a way to lose this one, so to answer your question they are already "losers". I'm a firm believer of "what have you done for me lately from a betting perspective", mavs have done nothing fro me vs spurs so why should i trust them vs suns?
Suns have revenge vs mavs for losing last match, plus mavs are in 2nd game back off 4 game road trip after losing ATS first game back which means teams in their spot lost 2 game back at a 65% ATS rate.
I see either suns winning outright or mavs by 1-3 pts. If you have to lay 4+ points ATS i wouldn't be very confident. Even when you are very confident we take bad beat, but when we are not very confident on a bet and we "force play" to have action, unfortunately for me, i might be wrong 50% of the time, ATS
 
Play On - Home teams where the line is +3 to -3 (DALLAS) off a upset loss as a favorite, a good team (60% to 75%) playing a team with a winning record
79-39 since 1997. ( 66.9% | 36.1 units )
2-0 this year. ( 100.0% | 2.0 units )

perhaps that might help you but line is -3 max

I got few trends that been very strong in April that point to Dallas.
Also, I don't know why, but Spurs made it a mission to beat all three rivals for the last two playoff spots.
Spurs weren't B2B in that game btw.
But, Suns play B2B today, after logging heavy minutes last night and after failing to win against Spurs that were in B2B, without both TD and MG.
I think that there is a very good chance, all three teams battling for playoff spot, will win their home games against the other (Memphis beats Dallas at home, Suns beat Memphis at home and Dallas wins Phoenix at home).

Atlanta clinches the 8th spot with a win tonight.... To face the heat to most likely... Personally I don't think the heat want to face the Knicks if given the choice..... Not that's going to happen. Very interesting situation.


Has there ever been such a great disparity in wins between the first and eight seeds?
 
If Rockets want to play tonight... they'll win by 20+.

Pelicans came out shooting well, 50% from 3 overall, and still lost by 22 last night.

Worry about the Rockets 2nd unit but it should still hold the lead vs. this depleted Pelicans squad which is playing fringe nba guys big minutes.

Not sure how the Bobcats do not win by 20 unless they rest guys or just do not care. Revenge from an embarrassing loss for Philly but does that even matter lol.

That Suns line at 4 makes more sense. I lean Suns, as I think the Mavs are tiring and Dragic should be rested for a big game tonight.

Dallas has lost to Spurs
On 2 days rest lost to GS
1 days rest to Clippers
Beaten OKC on 1 days rest
Lost to Brooklyn on 1 days rest
Lost to Minn on 1 days rest.
Playing over 500 teams 1-5
Still thinking as this asks them to lose 2 straight
Suns have actually had a lot of rest recently
But IS Dragic up to playing well??
Still thinking but yesterday when Dragic talked about this being almost impossible--hard to take him seriously here.

I grabbed Dallas at -4.5 for .5u small bet. Dragic in, but still not healthy. Dallas experience should show tonight in essentially a playoff game.

Goran Dragic (ankle) will start vs. the Mavericks on Saturday.

He has been receiving a ton of treatment to get ready for this game and he's certainly not 100 percent. Dragic was getting ice on his ankle during warmups, so he might not be able to play his normal playing time. This game is huge for the Suns and coach Jeff Hornacek will basically have a full arsenal at his disposal. Gerald Green should still get plenty of run on the bench.
 
I lost my 12th bet in the last month due to missed free throws in the last seconds of the game... (had Dallas -4).

I can understand a lot of things, but this is nothing short of mind blowing...

Yeah, I took them, Heat and Rockets at HT (Heat wasn't good idea), but that's not the point.

I honestly don't get how so many times I can lose (or get void) bets due to missed free throws.
 
Maybe if you were on the right side of the bet to start with you would win more. I took Suns small because I was unsure of Dragic. He was 6-18, no 3's, and 4 assists. Terrible game. If he had been healthy it probably would have been a slaughter.
Bad bet was still punished and good bet rewarded. Dallas in their last 7 games at home vs over 500 teams has 1 cover.
 
If Dragic is not healthy they might well win.

On the other hand, Memphis has played 3 Garbage teams and Miami in a row and hit around 53 % or better in all 3. Do not think those games are healthy.

Then again I AM SURE losing at Spurs and Dallas is very unhealthy. At bright Side of the Sun I told them just concede the Spurs game and rest for Dallas. No one bought it. Too Bad.

Interesting theory... So Suns covering due to amazing luck makes it a good bet and Dallas failing to cover due to amazing bad luck makes it a bad bet...

I just happy that Dallas won. Had them in several ML parlays - so that was a good bet according to your theory.

And btw, if Dirk wouldn't have gotten hurt, Dallas would have increased their lead to double digits...

But again, your theory goes that any winning bet is a good bet... so what do I know...
 
With 3 minutes and 30 seconds left in the game Dallas was for the first time covering. With 1.32 seconds left the Suns were covering. They were covering the remainder of the game. So in the entire game the Suns were covering all but slightly less than 2 minutes.
You have no perspective. There was no amazing luck. Dallas is a go against team that you bet on. That unfortunately has been a constant story
You are saying something about Dirk being hurt. Knowo nothing about it. Wish it had happen sooner and worse since the suns would have won. But Dragic 's game means nothing just as the simple fact that Dallas is an old team, constructed badly as Cuban seemed a little tight this year.
I am going to say this a clearly as I can. If you want to make money bet on teams that tend to cover spreads and avoid the other kind. See Indiana

On that I have no idea. Also when was any bet that wins is a good bet part of my philosophy.
I am about as rigid in my betting as anyone I know in this. I look for value always. This obviously means I am not looking at Dallas at home.
