While I thought Prat probably should have been taken down, that does not absolve Respoli from any of the blame. That was an idiotic decision to not just swing out wide and ride him like he's the best horse and instead put him in such a horrible spot. I think he panicked and just went for a hole that really wasn't there. He's very lucky nobody went down.

If Journalism was mine, he'd never ride for me again. He rode him like he was a $5,000 claimer at Turfway.

You have all these HISA whip rules and BS, but both Prat and Respoli should be fined or given days for that. Unacceptable
