Portal and Recruiting Thread for 2026....

That's a pretty neat flip.

We'll obviously have a lot of portal action coming up.

I'd say post anything significant in here.

This one was expected. He was very loyal coming back for his sophomore year but he needs to start looking at his pro aspirations.

He didn't surpass 100 yards this year in any game. Weird year. Definitely not the breakthrough.

Everything I've heard is SEC.

Seems like there's some conflicting info on whether or not the Curtis flip is official

Wild how the nerd who puts together the graphics is now seen as a recruiting guru. I guess he does get info before it's announced, but still
He didn’t even have the LSU info correct, but I’m pretty sure he was live on Pat Mac unless I’m mistaken

I have not looked it up. Could be a 6 man football school for all I know

It is not. This is the highest level in Nebraska. Millard South is 3 miles down the road from me. Lot of controversy around them as they recruit all around the state and even into kansas city. They forfeited one game, against a vegas team, because two players from KC were living with an assistant coach.

I think it was 49-0 at halftime in that game by the way. The team they played in the semis was the 2nd best team. Think they won 63-21 or something like that.

Then it is sad that zero of their players committed to Nebraska. I am going to look up where the players are going instead.

*Never mind. The video tells me where

I wouldn’t want to play for Rhule based on looks. Looks like a wannabe Jack Black. Couldn’t trust him with my football future. A couple good years at Baylor with a team he mostly inherited? Failures every stop after that? Pass.

Qb is probably the big one. We had raiola's brother committed until a few weeks ago. The millard south kid is going to bama.

I’m interested to see how the rev share stuff plays out. Everyone has the same cap, and if Deloitte is doing their job, there can’t really be guaranteed NIL $. Might make doing what Texas Tech did this year much more difficult

The last few years were the wild, wild west.

Very happy he stayed there.

Big things to come.
Me too. I know they want to keep Dampier as well and he's really a team guy that will likely take less to stay in a better place. That being said, if he leaves they are in good hands with Ficklin.

Isaac Wilson finally saw the writing on the wall and entered the portal. He'd be a good fit for Utah St or another MWC team, imho.

Not exactly recruiting and portal related, but will impact it greatly. I was always of the opinion that the money people would get tired of giving away their money for little benefit and no loyalty. CBA and PE are coming. I hate the thought of both, but they are likely the only way this can of worms gets closed and gets the game remotely resembling a level playing field

Minus Cody Campbell with Texas Tech. He’s absolutely loving throwing his money into recruits.
