Napoli saved me, great result for that team. Playing very very good football, the prices are right for this team so will have to see how the books react.
England League Cup
Tottenham ML @ 2.19 (5u)
Sunderland/Peterborough o3 @ 1.92 (5u)
Chelsea -1.5 @ 1.92 (3u)
Watford ML @ 2.48 (3u)
I feel that my Villans have to pass on this one, we do not have the depth like Spurs do and with Benteke being rested due to an injury there goes our most opposing threat at goal. Manager Paul Lambert has made it clear that the Prem League is top priority so he will definitely be shuffling a bit, Gabby and Luna are likely to be rested. Only reason why I'm not going any higher is because Spurs could also dick around since this is the lesser of the cups, but their squad has depth even on the 3rd string. I don't think Villa's attack can pose a threat to the Spurs, the only real advantage that Villa may have is the hunger of the players that are given opportunities. Lambert generally uses the same line up for Prem games and rarely rotates but with the injury list growing he's got smarten up as his prized assets will take a beating.
As for Sunderland/Peterborough over...Di Canio sacked brings a new lease of life, Peterborough has been an over machine for years now, they love to attack but are absolutely crap at the back. There needs to be some positivity for the Black Cats and a home game vs an inferior opponent should start them off.
Chelsea need to get some momentum going and Mourinho generally rotates well for Cup games. They have the quality just like the Spurs to field a very strong 2nd team.
