Denver -3 at the Superbook (Westgate)What was the lookahead before the Nix injury?
As much as I want the Pats to get stomped I just don't see it.
Patriots D light years better than Bills- Can't see a situation where the Pats don't stop the run. Payton knows this and I would expect really quick passes to start the game.... I think Tonga might make things miserable for Stidham- Pats should be able to get a turnover or two.
I also think Denver D is vastly overrated and am leaning Pats TT o23.5. They couldn't stop Cook last week & Pats run well- should open it up for Maye. Could be completely off base here but I think Pats by 10+ is the most likely scenario.
As far as the line- perception is your enemy. Yes this line looks off based on the look ahead & line jumps. Is Nix worth that much? No. But I think when you combine that with who is coming in and the matchup throwing a -1.5/-2 line everyone hammers the Pats. Have to put it over 3 i think so the line to me not that crazy.

Agree with almost every word. Think the Pats are the worst matchup for the Broncos. Not sure with Nix the Broncos are worthy of going to the Super Bowl ...The Bills were battered with injuries on both sides of the ball, and probably still should have won by double digits , obviously the turnovers played a massive part. If Cook doesn't fumble the Bills likely take a 14-3 lead and probably don't look back.
Maye already played a better D line that what the Broncos have ..Could see Stevenson and Henderson having big games. Also think Vrabel will out coach Payton ....
Oddsmakers know us degens will have a hard time believing that the Nix injury is worth 7+ points , but maybe the Pats are simply just the much better team
What a terrible gambling numberSeeing 3.5 now Pats backers.
idk anything about Stidham, but in the past - and this is anecdotal to me, I've noticed QBs with no tape can succeed until an adequate amount of tape is gleaned to study and destroy them. at this level it usually takes one game's worth
If he wins today he'll likely be starting next season for someoneI was thinking at 4, you could 6-point tease it to 10, and Seattle to 8.
I don't know @KJ been going back and forth all week on this game.
You knew what you're getting with Nix, but Stidham?
Look, he can look at it this way... Win two games and he possibly can start somewhere else next year, or get a nice raise to be back up!
Lose and look bad, and back up forever...
