I think the jets fleeced the Colts getting 2 1s for Sauce. With all those 1s next two years the jets MUST nail the draft AND get a franchise QB. Seems incomprehensible they let Glenn have a big role in this after this season. But looks like the case. Also imo the QBs coming out this year are not franchise guys. Sure Seems ripe for jets to fuck it up.

I think Woody bought the team for under a billion and could easily sell the team for 8 and maybe as much as 10 billion so this nonsense that he won't eat say 50 million is bullshit. He most likely won't do it because Parcells has reportedly threatened him about giving Glenn time (no idea what threatening him entails) and he supposedly likes the clown coach.
 
If Woody were smart (clearly he isn't) he wouldn't show up for the home finale this week unless he likes the torture coming his way. The atmosphere for this game is going to be the most toxic in the history of the franchise between the unbelievable amount of no shows and the pure venom coming from those who do show up.

Birdwill has either the lowest or 2nd lowest net worth of NFL owners. Pretty sure Woody is there too. They are cheap because these teams are them. People like that aren't astute at winning ledger sheets

No QB has any chance of success with this guy as coach. Just end it and finally hire a coach with an offensive background though I'll make an exception for John Harbaugh if he becomes available.

I'd be ok with Mendoza as long as he brings Cignetti with him but thats it for me with this QB class and if Woody is in fact too cheap to fire this loser he should have to do it with Fields his hand picked QB for one more season.

Yeah already speculation Cards will bring back Brissett and hope for something to hit on day 2 or 3 which is fine. Not like there will be a bunch on the trade/FA market. I don't like Mac Jones at all. Rather Brissett than him. Nor do I like other potentials out there unless they can hit a HR with Burrow but if he wants to go the competition will be stupid. QB has gone really shallow really fast in this league. Look at who will be starting this week.

I did see that Matt Cassell is open to fielding calls from KC lol. He's 6 months younger than Phyllis so who knows?

Woody inherited his money and hasn't worked a day in his life but he could sell the team tomorrow for at least a 7 billion dollar profit if not more so money is not an issue.
 
There is probably only two chances to get out of this mess; Woody has to show up on the Epstein list and be forced to sell like Snyder did with the skins or he has to be the real life Rachel Phelps and move the team to London and we get an expansion team in a few years.

Team will be in the family forever is my guess. Johnson’s are wealthy independent of the team so brick and company likely won’t need to sell for $$ when woody passes

Nothing would surprise me these days ...My son and his friends keep saying that a couple NFL teams are going to Europe soon ...I don't see it ..But then again who the F knows
 
The Jets have not one but two QBs on the roster faking injuries just to avoid playing for Glenn but Fields is laughing his ass off that his agent found someone this dumb to give him 30 million guaranteed to have 4 games of under 70 yards passing in a season.
 
This coach has no class. After getting the job Rodgers spoke to him and asked him if he was part of the plans and if not just let him know. Instead of doing the right thing and not wasting his time Glenn had Rodgers fly across the country to have a meeting that lasted 20 seconds. He told Rodgers to fuck off and selected his hand picked guy Justin Fields as his QB.

I think Mendoza could probably get drafted by ya’ll and have success. Kinda like Moore but think he more dependent on who drafts him and obviously that means he can’t be going to jets, browns, etc.

If the Browns keep Stefanski I think its a great place for Mendoza or really any QB to land with a top defense already there. I'm hoping Stefanski gets fired as he would be at the top of my potential replacements if Woody has an awakening and dumps this trash coach.

Think they be morons to fire him but browns not exactly known for smart choices. I think he be perfect for cincy but kinda like jets not sure bungals get rid their garbage coach and even if they did they probably go cheap like usual.

Well yea it certainly understandable he wants out but ultimately they don’t have to move him and id think the fact he just got chase and higgens new deals it unlikely he would sit, unless he pulls a early retirement move. If cincy would get rid of that clown coach and bring someone in who can build a oline id guess they could make him happy again.
 
The Jets have tons of draft picks to get Burrow but if you think he's upset now he might be driven to jump off the Brooklyn Bridge if he was ever sent to the Jets and I wouldn't blame him one bit.

I mean if he refuses to play for cincy I damn sure doubt he play for jets. I don’t think he push his way out of cincy honestly unless they keep Taylor or hire another clown. They shelled out the money for his wrs I assume they do other stuff to keep him around? They be morons not to try and make him happy, wtf they gonna do w draft picks besides fuck them up or draft other cats that be unhappy bout being there.

I know he pushed for Tee Higgins to be resigned but with the money they are paying Chase it was not smart to give big money to a second receiver when that money should have gone to the offensive line so Burrow can stay injury free and to the defense so he doesn't have to put up 40 to feel comfortable. As great as Burrow is he's going to keep losing unless they make drastic changes.

Yea i dunno paying a 2nd wr that much was the smartest move, that was pretty much on burrow so it kinda messed up he bitching now. That said they prob coulda won this div if he didn’t get hurt, not that it saying much. I lost a fortune the year they went to sb cause I couldn’t believe a oline and coach that bad could make it. I don’t think it take a ton for them to compete, a competent coach and draft to fix oline. The d doesn’t have to be anything special. Not that they have proven capable of accomplishing either of those, they don’t pay coaches or apparently believe in having a scouting department.
