***NFL In-Game Thread***

Bills in the SB would bring more attention this year than the Chiefs.

Not happening, so doesn't matter...

But there are a lot of other towns that would love to see them make it and win it.

Chiefs fatigue is real too.

It's all just so sickening and now we have to listen to even more talk of how rigged it all is. I'm going to have to bring earplugs to my poker game tomorrow.

Same shit happened when Brady was on his run.

While there were a couple of calls that could’ve gone either way tonight (which happens every single game, every single Sunday) the better coach, the better QB, the better defense and the better team won tonight.

Was the same with the pats for awhile. Just catch the breaks at the right time, very tough qb to stop at crunch time, obv well coached, and always get the benefit of the doubt from the zebras.

I wonder how the game goes if that ridiculous drop by Worthy wasn't called a catch and if the Bills are allowed to get that first down that they clearly got.

Couple things with the Bills cost them....

4th down runs by Allen they ran the SAME side 3 or 4 times I believe.

I will say the late spot was arguably too close to call. Could have gone either way.

Bills abandoned Cook in 4th quarter (late)

Overall felt McDermott coached a solid game, he took away Kelce... I mean the Bills played turnover free minus the 4ths. Chiefs just made the plays late per usual. Also getting to the big lead early helped, they were calling pass plays for Worthy I hadn't seen much of all year. Chiefs simply win close games earned and not earned (refs)..as much as I think there is a definite Chiefs bias for refs, It felt like a normal NFL game to me minus the end of first half.

Agreed there.

Does it suck for Buffalo on two huge calls that they call on the field was what it was?

Absolutely.

The Worthy catch they were scoring anyways -- and maybe Buffalo doesn't get their TD after that before the half.

No biggie.

Buffalo mistakes...

Two point tries multiple times before the 4th

The same 4th n short plays that we're defended well over and over.

Chiefs pass rush and pass defense win this game overall. That was the true difference.

Plus the 28th pick in the draft was an X (no pun) factor.

For all the parity the sport strives for the fact that there's been Pats fatigue and KC fatigue in just the last 20 years really hasn't been too inspiring

The long return with somehow no block-in-the-back or holding called, the long "catch" by Worthy, the Kincaid + Allen bad spot. Those all went KC's way...as they always do. Pretty weird when "50/50 calls" always decide the game in one team's favor. Chiefs won by 3. Bills +2 was the right play. Better QB, better running game, better overall offense.

I will blame refs too, a lot. We've all seen it on both levels. Officials are not trained properly enough.

They are generally not good.

Tonight is tough to pin on that.

Better team won.

I wish Buffalo had, but small things matter.

Thing is Mahomes is a great QB. Just win it on your own merit without all the assists from the stripes.

There were 6 penalties called on each team tonight.

I can refer you to one or more vaginal Texas Longhorn bulletin boards if you want company to complain.

It's a beating. I saw it over and over. Bu you'd have plenty of bodies with you.

There were a bunch of spots where I would have loved to see a view from the side.
You and I are probably the biggest "spot" guys here in the forum.

Spotting of the ball drives me nuts. The last 5-10 years we've seen this get worse and worse and I'm not sure why.

Both levels.

There was one Romo pointed out on a Cook run... This had no effect on that drive but at least 3 I can remember were suspect.

They may have been perfect but on live action seemed off.

Wasn't this the SB just 2 years ago??? Jalen Hurts is not beating Mahomes. Sirriani is not outcoaching Cinnabon.

Besides the Chiefs just being the better team, you also have the injuries to the Philadelphia line.

You’ve rightfully been calling this for awhile now. And every game has an insane amount of breaks one way to feed the script.

All the elements are there. Wouldn't be surprised if Andy rides off into the sunset after this one.

I would be ecstatic if the Chiefs lose but no way in hell is my money on Eagles. KC has the best defense in the NFL too. Today was their SB game and they knew it.

Defense, coaching and a top 5 all time QB

That'll take ya places.

Two highlight your point....both teams scored 4 TDs and 1 FG. One of them is going home, the one that fucked around chasing two point plays for 2/3rds of the game.
