***NFL In-Game Thread***

I think it's important to remind people as an Iowa State fan first and foremost, then a fan of AZ pro sports since I've now lived here for over half my life

Losing is something you do for a few hours. Then realize you're an adult and act grown up again. No reason to commit felonies or whatever....perfectly cool to cry. That's how it works.

Then you wake up and destroy every other fan base online.

Still in shock
The pain will always suck but be worth it all when the euphoria comes. Been told that forever.

And was at g7 against the Yanks but I was still only 3 years into this place....yet it was a TON for a long time

Winning a championship is something that only one team and fan base gets to experience annually and it's pretty cool. Never underestimate that it might be the last time you get to experience it. We all think we have a chance.....when it happens, embrace that shit. Wasn't the Lions' year apparently. Real motherfucker that performance thing.

Baltimore is the best team in the NFL. Navigating @BUF and @KC before destroying whoever in the SB might put them in discussions we dare not mention
I obviously say that with a ton of knowledge that they can lose any of the three games in front of them. Not like I need to apologize about that but that kind of run would be historic I believe. I've never gone to a Super Bowl because the only one I cared about we were going through a housing crisis and going to Tampa in 2009 for a football game was simply not in the cards.

I've never wanted to go to one including those here....because why? Ravens make it to NOLA this year, it will be the first time I consider that shit.

Let’s not read into this too much.

Lions are trash. Vikings and 9ers sucked.

Eagles are in the SB

They’re limited. Horrific all time bad defense and a loser QB.

Just saying those 2 big wins meant nothing.

Going to lose by 20 to a wild card at home because of play calling and turnovers by their QB.

Letting up 50 to a wild card team isn’t a fluke.
These comments prove you're either being deliberately ignorant or incredibly biased & know little to nothing about the sport. A 15-2 team was trash? They were horrifically bad on defense TONIGHT. Goff was horrible TONIGHT. The play calling was actually pretty damn good with the exception of the ill-advised Jameson throw. Giving up 45 was most definitely a fluke & wouldn't happen again if they played the game 20 times. Shit happens. It's professional sports. So, you were proven correct about something you supposedly said 4 months ago due to the outcome TONIGHT? True, they lost, but not a bad season for a team with an all-time bad defense & a loser QB. Imagine if they were mediocre & not terrible. They might have gone 17-0.

Thing that makes In Game threads like this relevant are that the posters we need to be sharp get to be human

Keeps thing real for a minute
