***NFL In-Game Thread***

Not bad start. Bucky got like 21 rushing. Surely he catch a few passes at some point,

Mam rams getting beat down. Thought bout Kumara but usually when I run d gets embarrassed like rams did they step up the next week. This bet felt really square. Already feel like it a loser but at least I should get a will Levis situation where Stafford having to chuck and duck in 2nd half!

I was really pressed on time. Hate these fucking games that start at 3:05, they really should make them all 3:30, it won’t kill them if their 10 min of dead time.
 
I didn’t even know how much I would have riding on Bucky until damn thing almost started cause one of them had Levis over yards and that wasn’t a lock till end

There's a method to it

Every week it alternates between CBS or Fox only getting to show games in one time slot. This week CBS got early and late so Fox only had one, they don't want to wait until 4:30 Eastern to start their only game whereas CBS is perfectly fine waiting til 4:25 because everyone is already getting early games on CBS.

It's one of the few philosophies I agree with when it comes to networks televising all these games
 
one of the best old school sites I use for TV coverage maps is 506 sports dot com. don't have to use it much anymore but it's still hanging around with good info on all the TV distribution

The 3:05 shit sucks. I’m like hanging on hoping Levis can cap off the garbage time yards, had he not got then I woulda cut my Bucky play in half so no hedge, but once he got even tho I hate hedging felt like I had to. But barely got in cause the stupid start time. They know what drives this sport, they partners w the damn books; nobody will be mad if there a few min of dead time starting them all at 3:25! Hell, most the time there be at least one game that runs into the 3.25 anyways: that Steelers game refused to end! Lol. I feel for burrow, at least 3 times I thought that game was over, I turn my head and bungals within a score again. I had to have that. My sgp was lock city with the +3 but I had ml also. Ku yesterday and Steelers today were my “can’t miss, bet too much bangers” had to have Steelers after Ku inexplicably not showing up to play yesterday!! Cuse beating canes kept me from losing my ass, don’t get me wrong I dripped a bit but only like 100 thanks to cuse/ Woulda still been a plus had I known Cal qb apparently decided he was sick and didn’t play, I’d have never bet cal had I known their qb was out, considering he wasn’t anything special I knew his backups had to be trash! Honestly wish the starter woulda got hurt sooner, the 3rd string kid looked like he had a little something. Anyways we making bank today so it all good!!

frankcostanza does an awesome job here staying on top of college and NFL maps, always gets pinned at the top of the respective forums with the announcers, etc fairly early in the week

I assume most people who gamble just take all of it for granted because of the Ticket or Red Zone or whatever but there are still a bunch of people out there who only actually watch their local teams and none of the other games. We just don't hang out with them lol

Rams losing + Stafford not hitting yards would start fucjing my day up. Of course Bucky makes it no matter what. But I have a nice 4 team with Steelers, cards, rams, bills
 
Aints were my favorite play today but increasingly thinking Ravens should have been

Already 2 Ravens 2h team totals bet because even if they're up 30-0 at HT I think they can score 17+ in the 2h

I think that's why the book took such a position on the Jets this week. Seattle rookie coaches trying to navigate travel and holiday. Just my tin foil hat theory.
 
This has gotta be the weirdest week for coaches and simultaneously the highest-volume week in betting with the holiday. Mixes for a lot of square plays. Just glad Seattle ended up being a sqauare win

Did jets win? I have to go thank whoever it eas in discussion thread that talked me off Seattle. I didn’t think jets offense have much a chance but Seattle fumbling every kickoff made scoring a lot easier.

I guess I just think they are the 4th worst team in the NL West which actually still might be better than NO I guess

But Stafford looks old in 50% of games. Older than Favre looks today

They been so injured, not many games both WRs been healthy, just couldn’t see how saints stop Stafford and those 2. But again Seattle won, I knew one those 2 go down as they were prob the squarest plays of Yag
