NFL In-Game Thread 2025-2026

I think they may be better off on the road. Goof seems to get really tight at home at times in primetime. They don’t need to sit home for a week like they did last year just for him to fumble the game away 3 times.

Okay, I'm not sure what else you want him to do at home in primetime?

Tonight was definitely not his best. The pass rush from Tampa was excellent. There is no doubt about it that he is a statue back there. He's not a running QB. When the OL faces a lot of pressure, he's not going to put up crazy numbers.

But, he's been damn good in home primetime these past few years.

The Seattle game he also CAUGHT a TD.

When it mattered

Thoughts on Detroit. Very impressive defensive performance, especially with all the injuries. To hold a pretty potent offense to less than 10 points is very impressive.
However, with all the gifts and turnovers they were given, I was surprised that they only managed 24 points. They really should have had 30+. Obviously they won, but there were a ton of missed opportunities.
