Red Sheet
Air Force 45 - HAWAII 13 - (11:00 EST) -- Line opened at Air Force minus 19, and is still minus 19. We sure went down
with the Falcons in their 6 Turnover, 23-3 loss to Army, which made little sense, regardless of those
huge multiple mistakes. Whereas AF again entered with the top RY team in the nation, the Knights
were adrift, with a 92-14 pt deficit over their previous 3 outings (minus 13, 29½, & 16½ pts ATS),
while being outrushed in each of their prior games. But unbeaten Falcs suffered 4 lost fumbles & 2
picks in 23-3 SU loss (-37½ pts ATS). Rainbows the perfect shill as rededicated AF does it up right.

OREGON 68 - Southern California 40 - (10:30) -- Line opened at Oregon minus 14½, and is now minus 15. Let's see.
The 'Ducks are playing in their 6th home game, winning their first 4 lined homers by scores of 55-10,
42-6, 39-24, & 63-19. Led by QB Nix (25 TD passes, 2,723 PYs, & just 2 picks), the OU team is
simply an extension of the 'Ducks' normal overwhelming selves. USC has to be a part of one of the
most shocking arrays in college history, with huge weekly runaway leads evaporating, such as in last
week's 52-42 loss to Washington, overturning an early 28-21 USC edge. Ducks take full advantage.
RATING: OREGON 89
CLEMSON 38 - Georgia Tech 34 - (12:00) -- Line opened at Clemson minus 14½, and is still minus 14½. Tiger faithful
aren't used to seeing their local heroes in weekly nail-biters, especially following a dozen years of
overwhelming (& profitable) play, which includes a pair of National Champion seasons. Little is wrong
with its 6th-ranked "D", but 56th-ranked "O" hasn't seemed to improve over the course of the season.
Five of their last six games have been decided by a TD, or less SU, thus the 2-TD spot a bit much, as
'Jackets have posted 28+ pts in 6-of-9 games, covering by 17½, 22½, 15½, & 29½ pt margins. ` RATING: GEORGIA TECH 88
NEBRASKA 30 - Maryland 17 - (12:00) -- Line opened at Maryland minus 1, and is now minus 2½. Terps got off very
quickly this year, with a 5-0 SU mark, making it to the #26 spot in the weekly polls. By the way, MD
finished that start with a 3-0 ATS run (covers of 13½, 14½, & 12½ pts), even though it seemed like a
case of Tagovailoa & little else. Well, it has hit the fan, big time, with current 0-4 line run, with 16½,
20, & 27½ pt ATS slides. The 'Huskers, on the other hand, are tenacious, losing badly only vs likes
of Michigan, while ranking 16th in the land in total defense, 32nd in rushing "O", & 3rd in rushing "D".
RATING: NEBRASKA 88
HOUSTON 47 - Cincinnati 34 - (7:00) -- Line opened at Houston minus 2, and is still minus 2. The Bearcats are very
similar to Southern California, namely having little trouble with moving the ball, but rarely by enough to
offset a lacking "D", which has resulted with seven straight losses. Last week was a prime example, as
they missed again by a mere 3 pts, altho managing to cover the spot by 1½ pts. Thus, are still just 12
pts from a 1-20 spread run, ranking 6th in rushing "O", but 88th in total "D". Home team has been
golden for Houston, covering 7-of-9, with 4-5 Cougars needing them all for bowl eligibility. Lay the 2.
RATING: HOUSTON 88
Atlanta 20 - ARIZONA 10 - (4:05) -- Line opened at Atlanta minus 2½, and is now minus 1. A bit surprising that the early
money on this affair has gone to the Falcons, despite entering this one on a 1-7 ATS run, including
last week's loss to Minny. As futile Atlanta has looked, nothing compares to the total collapse of the
Cardinal "O" vs the Browns: zero pts, 7 FDs, 41 RYs, 17 PYs, with a 326-58 yd deficit, their fewest
since 1955, while suffering first shutout loss for the first time since 2018. Scoring glut not in picture.
