If Rice gets a stop to start the 2H I think they will probably not only cover but win outright. Texas State’s defense is not good.

1980-1981 they went 9-13 SU and 14-8 ATS as the underdog. And were basically a coinflip dog until around 1986.

Much later, but also had a nice little 2006 season too.
