Santa Fe in the 90s was something else. Went twice. ABQ I liked too.
Santa Fe had great restaurants

Taos was one of the last to not allow snow boarders if I recall

SF does have good restaurants. Taos is really weird. Lotta artsy transplants.

Thing that bummed me about Taos was it shut down by 8pm. Figured there'd be some decent apres ski type stuff but was lucky to get chips n salsa for dinner at a bar one night. Great skiing though. Locals spoke Spanglish which was different.

Sante Fe is all arts and not a cheap getaway

Watched ISU beat Auburn at a sports bar in ABQ in 2000, only year we ever made it to the Elite 8. Good vibes from that place.

DBs chirping when they make a play after having been beaten on the previous 3 is one of the most annoying trends now.

Man I haven't turned away from this Nebraska/Utah game just because it's been nice to see a competitive set of bowl games after Iowa/Vandy

Santa Anita cancelled racing today and tomorrow for expected storms. That track isn't too far away from Pasadena so the RB could be sloppy.

There's 3 storms coming in....one in progress...the 2nd one due in the AM so maybe they get a window of dryness for the game. 3rd storm TBD.

Texas is now the third most penalized team in the nation. Decent chance they hit #2 before this game ends. Would need six more in the 4th to tie Toledo.

It wouldn't be a Sarkisian team if it wasn't laying claim to the most penalized team in the nation.

More to come I'm sure.
