This has been quite the Celebration Bowl. PV goes up 21-0 SC State comes back 21-21 then they keep trading scores throughout the 2H and in double OT now. PV likely to win after SC State threw INT top of OT2

The downside to the 8 minute drives....the commercials after the extra point and then more commercials after the KO return.
