NCAAF In-Game Thread

Probably the right call at the end. I don’t know if anyone possessed it lol? That being said…not sure if there was anything clear and obvious to overturn the initial decision
 
Guy that came in and declared it a TD on the field put a bunch of people in a pretty shitty situation, no way he had a clue through all of that
I get your point but I feel like referees are sort of trained to make a call right away — even if they don’t know— so that nobody doubts that they know what they’re doing. Probably happens all the time in basketball with out-of-bound decisions

Thing is it wasn't made right away, better to let it be determined a catch on replay if you really don't know. Easier to guess he didn't catch it with all that was going on than to say he definitively did. Guy didn't know for sure, which he should to make that kind of call on the field.
 
Seriously. How does it take a ref crew five minutes to find something clear and obvious. That‘s almost oxymoronic…
 
Outcome is probably bad for Clemson but probably good for my Clemson bet tomorrow. Could have let up after a Miami loss.
